高等级公路路基压实质量实时监控系统的研制与应用

【摘要】:路基压实质量是影响高等级公路长期安全稳定运行的关键。常规高等级公路施工主要依靠监理和施工人员人工控制压路机碾压过程,由于受人为因素干扰,往往易于造成管理较粗放、漏压、欠压和超压等问题,难以确保施工质量。此外,对路基压实质量的检验和评价通常以验收时的挖坑取样为判断依据。但是,用有限的试验点去评估整个工作面的压实效果往往会存在较大偏差,不能真实反映整个工作面的压实质量。同时,这种检验方法一方面会对工作面施工作业带来干扰,,另一方面由于实验结果无法快速获得从而影响施工进度,且难以实现对压实质量的实时反馈。因此,有必要结合高等级公路路基碾压施工的特点,研制开发路基压实质量的实时监控系统,这对于确保路基施工质量、实现施工质量的实时评估和及时反馈控制具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文主要研究内容和成果如下: (1)针对高等级公路路基碾压质量控制的要求,设计了路基压实质量实时监控系统的总体框架和主要功能,利用GPS技术、GPRS技术和计算机网络技术,在课题组已有成果的基础上,研制开发了该系统,实现了路基碾压过程中对压路机碾压轨迹的精细化控制,以及对压路机振动频率和路基压实效果的实时监测,克服了常规施工过程中人为粗放管理控制的弊端,可确保路基碾压施工质量。 (2)基于研发的高等级公路路基压实质量实时监控系统,分析了压实监测值(CV值)同常规压实质量表征指标(压实度、路基动态弹性模量)之间的相关性,得出了CV值与常规压实质量表征指标之间具有强线性相关性的结论,为评估模型的建立提供了依据。 (3)建立了基于CV值的高等级公路路基压实质量评估模型,包括基于CV值的路基土料压实度评估模型和基于CV值的路基动态弹性模量评估模型,可用于快速评估碾压过程中的路基压实质量。 (4)提出了公路路基全工作面压实质量快速评估方法。根据实时采集的CV值及建立的路基压实质量评估模型,利用Kriging空间插值技术,可计算获得施工全工作面中任意位置处路基的压实质量,进而分析施工质量合格率,该方法可有效避免事后抽检方法的片面性和滞后性,为高等级公路路基压实质量的实时控制提供了一条新的途径。
[Abstract]:The quality of roadbed compaction is the key to the long-term safe and stable operation of high-grade highway.The general high-grade highway construction mainly relies on the supervision and the construction personnel to control the compaction process of the roller manually. Because of the interference of human factors, it is easy to cause the problems of extensive management, leakage pressure, underpressure and overpressure, so it is difficult to ensure the construction quality.In addition, the test and evaluation of subgrade compaction quality is usually based on excavated sampling during acceptance.However, the compaction effect of the whole working face can be evaluated by limited test points, which can not truly reflect the compaction quality of the whole working face.At the same time, on the one hand, this method will interfere with the construction work of the working face, on the other hand, because the experimental results can not be obtained quickly, the construction progress will be affected, and it is difficult to realize the real-time feedback on the compaction quality.Therefore, it is necessary to develop a real-time monitoring system for roadbed compaction quality in combination with the characteristics of high-grade highway roadbed compaction construction, which can ensure the subgrade construction quality.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to realize real-time evaluation and timely feedback control of construction quality.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1) according to the requirement of rolling quality control of high grade highway subgrade, the overall frame and main functions of the real time monitoring system of roadbed compaction quality are designed. The GPS technology and computer network technology are used, and on the basis of the existing achievements of the research group, the main functions of the real time monitoring system for the subgrade compaction quality are designed.The system is developed to realize the fine control of roller track during roadbed compaction, and the real-time monitoring of roller vibration frequency and embankment compaction effect.It overcomes the disadvantages of artificial extensive management and control in the conventional construction process, and can ensure the quality of roadbed compaction construction.Based on the real-time monitoring system of high grade highway roadbed compaction quality, the correlation between compaction monitoring value and conventional compaction quality index (compaction degree, dynamic elastic modulus of roadbed) is analyzed.The conclusion that there is strong linear correlation between CV value and conventional compaction quality index is obtained, which provides a basis for the establishment of evaluation model.The evaluation model of compaction quality of high grade highway roadbed based on CV value is established, including the evaluation model of compaction degree of subgrade soil material based on CV value and the evaluation model of dynamic elastic modulus of roadbed based on CV value.It can be used to evaluate the compaction quality of roadbed.Finally, the paper puts forward a method to evaluate the compaction quality of the whole working face of highway roadbed.According to the CV value collected in real time and the evaluation model of roadbed compaction quality, the compaction quality of roadbed at any position in the whole working face can be calculated by using Kriging space interpolation technology, and the qualified rate of construction quality can be analyzed.This method can effectively avoid the one-sidedness and lag of the post-test method, and provides a new way for the real-time control of the compaction quality of high grade highway subgrade.
