【摘要】:独塔斜拉桥是一种支承体系受拉,桥面体系受压的桥梁。自独塔斜拉桥桥型出现以来,由于造型美观、结构合理、造价经济而被国内外广泛采用,本文以在建的涡河三桥的施工监控项目为工程背景,研究了其结构受力性能、特征参数、无应力索长等,为监控工作提供理论指导。 首先概述独塔斜拉桥的起源发展和在国内外的研究现状,总结了独塔斜拉桥的分类,,分析了其结构优势和受力特性,介绍了涡河三桥的设计和施工概况。 利用桥梁博士和ANSYS有限元软件建立了涡河三桥的计算模型,分别对主梁、横梁和桥塔进行了静力分析。根据各分析结果,对主梁截面应力、内力、索力、位移等相关设计及监控指标进行了评价。 独塔斜拉桥结构受力性能的影响参数有很多,本文着重分析了无索区长度和塔跨比这两个设计参数对涡河三桥的结构性能影响,总结出无索区长度和塔跨比的合理取值范围。 最后阐述了计算无应力索长的常用理论,分析比较了现有规范算法、实用迭代算法和快速算法之间的差异和适用范围。针对斜拉索多次张拉的特点,分析计算得到合理下料长度。同时对施工中间索力进行研究,得到施工中多次张拉时的索力范围。
[Abstract]:Single tower cable-stayed bridge is a kind of bridge with support system under tension and deck system under compression.Since the appearance of single-tower cable-stayed bridge, it has been widely used at home and abroad because of its beautiful shape, reasonable structure and economical cost. This paper takes the construction monitoring project of the third Bridge under construction as the engineering background, and studies its structural mechanical performance.Characteristic parameters, stress-free cable length and so on, provide theoretical guidance for monitoring work.Firstly, the origin and development of single tower cable-stayed bridge and its research status at home and abroad are summarized, the classification of single-tower cable-stayed bridge is summarized, its structural advantages and mechanical characteristics are analyzed, and the design and construction of the third bridge are introduced.The calculation model of the third bridge is established by using the bridge doctor and ANSYS software, and the static analysis of the main beam, the crossbeam and the bridge tower is carried out respectively.According to the analysis results, the design and monitoring indexes of the cross section stress, internal force, cable force and displacement of the main beam are evaluated.There are many parameters affecting the structural performance of single tower cable-stayed bridge. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the design parameters of the cable-free zone length and the ratio of tower to span on the structure performance of the third bridge of the vortex river, and summarizes the reasonable value range of the length of the cable-free zone and the ratio of tower to span.At last, the common theory of calculating the length of unstressed cable is expounded, and the difference and application range between the existing standard algorithm, the practical iterative algorithm and the fast algorithm are analyzed and compared.In view of the characteristics of cable tensioning for many times, reasonable blanking length is obtained by analysis and calculation.At the same time, the middle cable force of construction is studied, and the range of cable force during construction is obtained.
