兼顾自行车交通的公路建设技术标准研究

【摘要】:随着人们健身、休闲要求的提高,在风景秀丽的近郊滨湖区,民众选择自行车这种健康、绿色的方式出游已成为一种时尚。但我国长期以来对非城区道路都只考虑汽车的通行要求,对自行车交通缺乏充分的考虑,当自行车大量涌入公路后,必然会对这些公路的通行能力和交通安全造成极大影响。如何设计和建设这类兼顾自行车交通的旅游公路,我国迄今没有相应的技术标准和成熟模式,迫切需要进行专门研究。 本文以大理东环海旅游公路(外侧临湖并建有1条3.5m宽自行车道)建设项目为依托,通过对自行车行驶稳定性和动力特性、制动性能的分析,进一步理清了自行车交通的行驶特性和要求,阐述了自行车交通对道路净空、横断面布设、线形指标、路面结构及安全设施和服务设施等的特殊要求。在此基础上,结合自行车交通的特点和灵活性设计理念,对兼顾自行车交通的旅游公路最大超高、圆曲线最小半径、最大纵坡、坡长限制等核心指标的取值问题进行了专门研究,从确保自行车和机动车运行安全、通畅的角度出发,提出了这类公路线形设计指标的取值范围与设计要求;以宽容、环保和人性化设计理念为目标,深入研究了兼顾自行车交通的环湖旅游公路横断面布置方式和各部分最小尺寸要求,提出了几种能满足自行车交通需要的公路典型横断面布置型式。通过对环湖旅游公路车辆行驶特性和交通安全保障需求的研究分析,提出了兼顾自行车交通的公路标志、标线、护栏、隔离墩(柱)等安全设施设计标准,以及停车休息区和自行车租赁点等服务设置设置建议。通过对大理东环海公路设计指标和建设方案的对比分析,找出了原设计在技术标准运用和沿线设施设计等方面存在的问题和不足,并应用本文的研究成果,给出了大理东环海公路的设计优化思路和方案建议。 本文的研究内容目前在国内还很少有人涉及,,研究成果对完善我国公路建设技术标准、指导特殊需求的公路建设具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,是“以人为本、安全至上”公路建设理念的具体体现,对我国未来公路建设将起到积极的促进作用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's fitness and leisure requirements, it has become a fashion for people to choose bicycle as a healthy and green way to travel in the beautiful suburbs of Binhu District.However, for a long time, the non-urban roads in our country only consider the requirements of cars, and lack of sufficient consideration for bicycle traffic. When bicycles pour into the highway, it will inevitably have a great impact on the traffic capacity and traffic safety of these highways.So far, there is no corresponding technical standard and mature model for designing and constructing this kind of tourist highway which takes into account bicycle traffic. So it is urgent to carry out special research.Based on the construction project of Dali East Huanhai tourist Highway (with a 3.5m wide bike lane built on the outside of the lake), this paper analyzes the stability, dynamic characteristics and braking performance of the bicycle.This paper further clarifies the driving characteristics and requirements of bicycle traffic, and expounds the special requirements of bicycle traffic for road clearance, cross-section layout, linear index, pavement structure, safety facilities and service facilities.On this basis, combined with the characteristics of bicycle traffic and the flexible design concept, the maximum super-high, the minimum radius of circular curve and the maximum longitudinal slope of the tourist highway, which take into account the bicycle traffic, are taken into account.From the point of view of ensuring the safety and smooth running of bicycles and motor vehicles, the range and design requirements of the design indexes for this kind of highway alignment design are put forward.Based on the idea of environmental protection and humanized design, this paper makes a thorough study on the cross-sectional layout and the minimum size requirements of each part of the tourism road around the lake, which takes into account the bicycle traffic.Several typical cross-sectional layout types of highway which can meet the needs of bicycle traffic are put forward.Based on the research and analysis of vehicle driving characteristics and traffic safety requirements, the design standards of highway signs, marking lines, guardrails and isolated piers (columns) for bicycle traffic are put forward.As well as parking rest area and bicycle rental point and other service settings suggestions.Based on the comparative analysis of the design indexes and construction schemes of the East Rim Highway in Dali, the problems and shortcomings of the original design in the application of technical standards and the design of facilities along the route are found out, and the research results of this paper are applied.The design optimization idea and proposal of Dali East Rim Highway are given.The research content of this paper is seldom involved in our country at present. The research results have important theoretical significance and practical value for perfecting the technical standard of highway construction in our country and guiding the highway construction with special needs, which is "people-oriented,"The concrete embodiment of the idea of "safety first" highway construction will play a positive role in the future highway construction of our country.
