武汉三环线五座桥梁养护管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国交通事业的稳步发展,桥梁的数量也与日俱增,然而我国现阶段的桥梁使用年限较长,再加上其设计标准较低,所以桥梁破坏情况较为严重。因而对桥梁进行实时的养护显得尤为重要。养护在保证桥梁使用性能,延长使用寿命方面有着极其重要的作用。 本文主要研究的是武汉三环线上五座桥梁的养护管理问题,这几座桥梁都为钢筋混凝土桥梁。而对于钢筋混凝土桥梁来说,由于钢筋混凝土材料的物理力学特性,会使得桥梁在使用过程中出现一些不可避免的问题,这些问题都使得桥梁需要进行预防性养护工作;由于钢筋混凝土桥梁的结构和类型趋于多样化,也会造成桥梁因部分结构出现损坏,而需要采用一些养护措施。由此可见,影响混凝土桥梁养护的因素是多元化的,这就说明了在对桥梁进行养护工作之前,我们必须全面分析影响桥梁养护效果的具体因素,并做出系统化、全局化的养护实施。而这正是现阶段我国桥梁养护工作的薄弱之处,针对这一问题,本文结合武汉三环线五座桥梁的养护实践经验,综合分析三环线五座桥梁的养护数据,寻求建立桥梁养护的前期病害分析、养护措施比选、养护方案的管理和性能评价的综合体系。 本文首先在研究国内外桥梁养护管理相关理论后得到了桥梁养护的定义、内容以及方法,并针对武汉三环线五座桥梁提出了相对应的养护方法。针对武汉三环线五座桥梁的病害检测,介绍混凝土桥梁病害调查和检测方法,检测的内容,再结合三环线五座桥梁的病害进行病害原因分析和可能造成的影响进行分析。 其次,对桥梁的养护的基本定义、内容、主要的预防性养护措施进行分析,提出有针对性的预防性养护措施,并引入实用性评价模型和经济性评价模型分别对预防性养护的实用性和经济性进行评价。 最后,依托武汉市三环线五座桥梁病害检查项目,通过检查获取桥梁病害的的基本资料,探讨桥梁病害机理,,进行桥梁病害的科学分类,对检测结果进行分析和技术评状况评价。同时本文针对桥梁技术状况评价引入了马尔可夫桥梁技术状况预测模型,并对实例进行了分析和验证。针对武汉市三环线五座桥梁提出养护措施,并构建了完整的桥梁养护体系。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of transportation in our country, the number of bridges is increasing day by day, however, the bridge service life is longer in our country at the present stage, and the design standard is low, so the bridge damage is more serious.Therefore, it is very important to maintain the bridge in real time.Maintenance plays an important role in ensuring bridge performance and prolonging service life.This paper mainly studies the maintenance and management of five bridges on Wuhan third Ring Line, which are all reinforced concrete bridges.For reinforced concrete bridge, because of the physical and mechanical properties of reinforced concrete material, there will be some inevitable problems in the use of the bridge, these problems make the bridge need preventive maintenance work;As the structure and types of reinforced concrete bridges tend to be diversified, some maintenance measures are needed because of the damage of some structures.It can be seen that the factors affecting the maintenance of concrete bridges are diversified, which shows that before carrying out the maintenance work of bridges, we must comprehensively analyze the specific factors that affect the maintenance effect of bridges, and systematize them.The implementation of global maintenance.This is the weakness of the bridge maintenance work in our country at the present stage. In view of this problem, this paper synthetically analyzes the maintenance data of the third ring line and five bridges in combination with the practical experience of the maintenance of five bridges on the Wuhan third Ring Line.This paper seeks to establish a comprehensive system for the analysis of early stage diseases of bridge maintenance, the selection of maintenance measures, the management of maintenance schemes and the evaluation of performance.In this paper, the definition, content and method of bridge maintenance are obtained after studying the relevant theories of bridge maintenance and management at home and abroad, and the corresponding maintenance methods are put forward for five bridges of Wuhan third Ring Line.Aiming at the disease detection of five bridges in Wuhan third Ring Line, this paper introduces the investigation and detection methods of concrete bridge diseases, and then analyzes the causes and possible effects of the diseases of five bridges on the third Ring Line.Secondly, the basic definition, content and main preventive maintenance measures of bridge maintenance are analyzed, and corresponding preventive maintenance measures are put forward.The practicability and economy of preventive maintenance are evaluated by using practicability evaluation model and economic evaluation model respectively.Finally, relying on the inspection projects of five bridge diseases on Wuhan's third Ring Line, the basic information of bridge diseases is obtained, and the mechanism of bridge diseases is discussed, and the scientific classification of bridge diseases is carried out.Analyze the test results and evaluate the status of technical evaluation.At the same time, this paper introduces the Markov model for bridge technical condition evaluation, and analyzes and verifies the example.This paper puts forward maintenance measures for five bridges in Wuhan third Ring Line, and constructs a complete bridge maintenance system.
