道路压实质量实时监控系统开发研究

【摘要】:在现有道路压实质量控制技术的基础上,开发了道路压实质量实时监控系统,实时监测并评价路面各点压实质量,包括每一台压路机的行走轨迹及碾压遍数,实时统计并评价整个工程已碾压的总体质量,同时,在施工过程中将所有质量检测及统计结果通过网络实时传送给项目管理者,为项目管理者第一时间发现问题并进行决策提供可靠、有效的数据。 研究内容包括以下几个方面: (1)通过RTK(Real-time kinematic)实时动态差分法方法,得到压路机碾压数据。 (2)通过DTU无线数据通信模块,将压路机中的数据通过GPRS无线网络,传输到处理服务器中,以便服务器对采集到的数据进行处理。 (3)开发了沥青路面压实质量实时监控软件,实现了沥青路面压实过程的实时监控。实时监测本施工标段每一台压路机的工作状态及工作成果。 (4)将数据实时传送给各级项目管理者,为项目管理者第一时间发现问题并进行决策提供可靠、有效的数据。 (5)在沥青路面压实过程中,实现了由效率低的事后检测向实时控制监测的突破,,提高了沥青路面施工的质量保障,使得沥青路面质量进一步提高。 道路压实质量实时监控系统的应用将在现有道路压实质量控制技术的基础上,实现由效率低的事后检测向实时控制监测的突破。对提高道路建设质量,提升管理效率,节约建设资金,保证压实度监测的真实性及可靠性,提高道路压实质量评价客观性方面产生深远的影响。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing road compaction quality control technology, a real-time road compaction quality monitoring system is developed to monitor and evaluate the road compaction quality at all points in real time, including the track of each compactor and the number of compaction times.Real-time statistics and evaluation of the overall quality of the whole project has been rolled, and in the process of construction, all quality testing and statistical results are transmitted to the project manager in real time through the network.Provide reliable and effective data for project managers to identify problems and make decisions in the first place.The research includes the following aspects:1) the roller compaction data are obtained by RTK(Real-time kinematic-real time dynamic difference method.Through DTU wireless data communication module, the data in the roller is transmitted to the processing server through the GPRS wireless network, so that the server can process the collected data.3) A real-time monitoring software for asphalt pavement compaction quality is developed, which realizes the real-time monitoring of asphalt pavement compaction process.Real-time monitoring of the working status and results of each roller in the construction section.4) transmitting the data to all levels of project managers in real time, which can provide reliable and effective data for project managers to find problems and make decisions in the first time.5) in the process of asphalt pavement compaction, the breakthrough from inefficient post detection to real time control monitoring has been realized, and the quality assurance of asphalt pavement construction has been improved, and the quality of asphalt pavement has been further improved.Based on the existing road compaction quality control technology, the application of road compaction quality real-time monitoring system will realize the breakthrough from inefficient post detection to real-time control monitoring.It has a profound influence on improving the quality of road construction, improving management efficiency, saving construction funds, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of compactness monitoring, and improving the objectivity of road compaction quality evaluation.
