山区支架现浇箱梁施工技术的应用研究

【摘要】:随着现代桥梁施工技术的不断的发展,箱梁浇筑的施工技术也有了很大进步。支架浇筑法在箱梁施工中是一种较为成熟的箱梁浇筑施工方法,其具有施工方便,技术简单,适用性广,无需预制场地等的优点,使它不仅是城市桥梁施工的一种主要方法,也是山区桥梁箱梁浇筑施工中的首选方法。 支架现浇施工技术目前在山区桥梁工程中大量采用,但是在施工中关于支架结构验算方面缺乏权威性规范规定,因此如何在实际施工中寻找一种简便可靠且符合实际工程特点的验算方法成为了现在支架现浇施工技术研究重要方向,本文就在此问题上做了相应的研究,得到了如下结论。 首先,论文较为详细地介绍了支架的结构稳定性和临界荷载研究方法,阐述了结构的失稳类型和研究结构失稳的结构临界荷载静力法、能量法以及有限元在结构稳定性中的应用。据此,针对山区桥梁特点进行了应用分析,提出了支架设计的具体内容和山区支架施工中需要采取的安全技术措施。 其次,论文依皖南山区的麻鸭跨高铁大桥为例,针对麻鸭跨高铁大桥自身的工程及环境特点,研究了支架现浇中的地基处理和支架预压的可能出现的问题,提出了相应的处理措施。采用荷载极限破坏法对支架和模板的刚度,承载力和稳定性进行了相应的验算,以此来验证支架设计的合理性。 最后,在支架各种验算的基础上,提出了完整的支架现浇施工方案,包括地基处理,支架预压,支架搭设,混凝土浇筑,预应力张拉,支架拆除等,并附带制定了相应施工的安全措施。 论文研究成果为对以后类似的桥梁工程提供了有益的参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern bridge construction technology development, construction technology of box girder has made great progress. Pouring construction method of girder support is a kind of mature box in box girder, which has the advantages of convenient construction, simple technology, wide applicability, the advantages of no prefabrication and so, so it is not only a main method of city bridge construction, the mountain is also the preferred method of bridge box girder construction.
Construction technology of cast-in-place scaffold uses a lot of current in the mountainous area in bridge engineering, but in the construction of the lack of authoritative provisions regulate the checking computation of supporting structure, so the calculation method of how to find a simple and reliable and practical engineering characteristics in actual construction has become an important research direction in the construction technology of cast-in-place bracket, the corresponding research on this issue, the conclusions are as follows.
First, this paper describes in detail the structure stability of supports and the critical load of research methods, expounds the structure of the instability type and study method of static structure structure losing steady critical loads, and the application of finite element method in the stability of the energy structure. Accordingly, according to the characteristics of bridge in mountainous areas of the security technology the specific contents and measures should be taken in support construction in stent design.
Secondly, according to the Anhui Nanshan District duck cross rail bridge as an example, the duck across the high iron bridge engineering and its environmental characteristics, research support cast-in-place in ground treatment and support preloading the possible problems and puts forward some corresponding measures. The ultimate failure load method of scaffold and template the stiffness, bearing capacity and stability of the corresponding calculation, in order to verify the rationality of stent design.
Finally, on the basis of various checking computations of brackets, a complete scaffolding cast in place construction scheme is put forward, including foundation treatment, bracket preloading, support erection, concrete placement, prestress stretching, and support dismantling.
The research results of this paper provide useful reference for similar bridge engineering in the future.
