城市住宅项目交通影响评价系统研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于我国经济社会持续、快速发展,城市化进程日益加快,刺激了城市土地的开发强度。高强度土地开发导致了城市交通供需失衡,加剧了土地开发与交通系统间的矛盾。交通影响评价正是协调此矛盾的有效手段,从而避免了城市土地无度开发利用导致城市交通环境恶化的现象。住宅类建设项目始终是城市土地开发的重点和热点,其开发量大,土地利用率高,人口高度集中,与其他类型开发项目的交通发生规律有较大差异,是城市重要的交通发生源。所以,对住宅项目交通影响评价技术方法研究具有重要的现实意义。 本文深入分析了住宅用地的交通特性及其与城市交通间的互动关系;根据我国交评工作现状提出了住宅项目交通影响评价流程;针对住宅项目交通影响评价中阈值、影响范围、交通需求预测等关键问题逐一解析,并提出了合适的解决方法;建立了住宅项目交通影响程度多指标评定体系,在运用层次分析法确定各指标权重的基础上,以多指标性能参数的综合物元模型评定住宅项目交通影响程度。 由于GIS强大的空间分析能力,可服务于交通影响评价工作中空间数据的分析和处理,本文在对住宅项目交通影响评价关键技术理论研究基础上,基于GIS建立了交通影响评价信息系统,并对系统进行了功能需求分析和数据流分析。利用基于GIS的交通规划软件TransCAD的二次开发功能GISDK与VB结合,开发了住宅项目交通影响评价系统软件,实现了交通影响程度的定量化评价,极大的减少了交评工作中人工分析处理数据的工作量,提高了工作效率,同时也使得评价结果更加的精准、可靠。 最后,对住宅项目交通影响评价的研究工作进行了总结,并提出了本文中存在的不足,展望了交通影响评价进一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the sustained and rapid development of our country's economy and society, the process of urbanization is accelerating day by day, which stimulates the intensity of urban land development. High-intensity land development leads to the imbalance between urban traffic supply and demand and intensifies the contradiction between land development and transportation system. Traffic impact assessment (TIA) is an effective means to coordinate this contradiction, thus avoiding the phenomenon that urban land exploitation and utilization lead to the deterioration of urban traffic environment. Residential construction projects have always been the focus and hot spot of urban land development. They have a large amount of development, high land use ratio, highly concentrated population, and are different from other types of development projects in traffic occurrence law, which is an important source of urban traffic. Therefore, it has important practical significance to study the technical method of residential project traffic impact assessment. This paper deeply analyzes the traffic characteristics of residential land and its interaction with urban traffic. According to the current situation of traffic evaluation in China, the paper puts forward the flow of traffic impact assessment of residential projects, as well as the threshold value and influence range in traffic impact assessment of residential projects. The key problems, such as traffic demand prediction, are analyzed one by one, and appropriate solutions are put forward, and a multi-index evaluation system for the traffic impact degree of residential projects is established, which is based on the use of AHP to determine the weight of each index. The comprehensive matter-element model with multiple performance parameters is used to evaluate the degree of traffic impact of residential projects. Because of the strong spatial analysis ability of GIS, it can be used in the analysis and processing of spatial data in traffic impact assessment. The traffic impact assessment information system is established based on GIS, and the function requirement analysis and data flow analysis of the system are carried out. Using the secondary development function of GIS based traffic planning software TransCAD GISDK and VB, a residential project traffic impact assessment system software is developed, which realizes the quantitative evaluation of traffic impact degree. It greatly reduces the workload of manual analysis and processing of data, improves the work efficiency, and makes the evaluation results more accurate and reliable. Finally, the research work of traffic impact assessment of residential projects is summarized, and the shortcomings of this paper are put forward, and the further research direction of traffic impact assessment is prospected.
