基于ADAMS的车隧耦合分析

【摘要】:目前在我国,地铁交通的建设进入了一个高速发展的新时期,国内外已有不少学者及研究机构对地铁隧道的振动等有关性能进行了研究。而且在隧道振动等方面的研究是保障地铁安全稳定运营的重要手段。 在地铁轨道系统中,地铁车辆的动力、车轮和轨道系统三者之间相互作用产生振动,这种振动传递到隧道结构,并进一步转移到周围的地层,通常这种振动会对隧道等结构产生动力冲击作用,从而使其结构构件产生疲劳,降低其强度和稳定性。另一方面,系统结构的振动又会对在其上头运行的车辆的平稳性和安全性产生影响,使其成为评价结构动力设计参数合理与否的重要考虑要素。因此,对于相互作用的动态耦合振动的车辆和隧道结构系统的综合研究,能对结构动态性能进行分析及安全评价,可以确保它们在各种不同状态下的可靠性,并对隧道结构在移动载荷作用下的研究发展极为重要的理论意义和工程价值。 本文正是基于这一背景,在广泛调查的基础上,参考阅览国内外相关的文献,通过对隧道中运行车辆耦合振动的动态响应分析与研究。本文主要研究内容包含下列几个方面: ①介绍了所选课题的研究意义、目的以及车辆隧道耦合的研究现状。 ②比较全面的介绍了多体动力学的基本原理和基本构成要素,并在ADAMS环境下建立车辆模型。 ③系统的介绍了隧道有限元模型的建立,,以及模型建立完之后与车辆模型在软件中实现耦合的过程。 ④在软件ADAMS中,通过车辆与隧道的耦合实现了车辆隧道的仿真分析,分析研究车辆隧道在不同的研究工况下的动力响应状态,并且可以为未来在相关方面的研究分析有一定的参考价值。 ⑤在广泛的研究、参考阅读涉及到振动的国内外有关文献的基础上,总结了影响隧道系统振动的因素以及减少列车隧道系统振动的措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of subway traffic has entered a new period of high speed development in China. Many scholars and research institutions have studied the vibration characteristics of subway tunnel at home and abroad. Moreover, the research on tunnel vibration is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of subway. In the subway track system, the interaction between the power, wheel and track system of the subway vehicle produces vibration, which is transmitted to the tunnel structure and further transferred to the surrounding strata. Usually, this kind of vibration will produce dynamic impact on the structure, such as tunnel, which will cause fatigue and reduce the strength and stability of the structure. On the other hand, the vibration of the system structure will affect the stability and safety of the vehicle running on it, which makes it an important factor to evaluate whether the structural dynamic design parameters are reasonable or not. Therefore, the comprehensive study of vehicle and tunnel structure system with dynamic coupling vibration of interaction can analyze and evaluate the dynamic performance of the structure and ensure their reliability under various conditions. The research and development of tunnel structure under moving load is of great theoretical significance and engineering value. This paper is based on this background, on the basis of extensive investigation, referring to domestic and foreign literature, through the analysis and research of the dynamic response of the coupled vibration of the running vehicle in the tunnel. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: The main contents are as follows: 1. The research significance, purpose and research status of vehicle tunnel coupling are introduced. (2) the basic principles and components of multi-body dynamics are introduced in detail, and the vehicle model is established in ADAMS environment. 3. The establishment of the finite element model of the tunnel and the process of coupling with the vehicle model in the software are introduced systematically. 4 in the software ADAMS, the simulation analysis of the vehicle tunnel is realized through the coupling of the vehicle and the tunnel, and the dynamic response state of the vehicle tunnel under different research conditions is analyzed and studied. And it can be a reference for the future research and analysis in related areas. On the basis of extensive research and reference to the literature about vibration at home and abroad, the factors affecting the vibration of the tunnel system and the measures to reduce the vibration of the train tunnel system are summarized.
