低碳交通背景下自行车交通规划策略研究

【摘要】:自行车交通是城市最基本的出行方式,也是城市交通体系中不可或缺的一部分。进入21世纪后,面对全球范围内环境变化带来的严峻挑战,低碳交通成为了各国解决环境问题的重要途径,自行车交通作为一种无污染、低耗能的交通工具成为了低碳交通发展的基础之一。然而,随着城市机动车交通的发展,自行车交通面临的严重的冲击,解决机非冲突问题也成为了我国城市交通状况改善的关键所在。因此,低碳交通背景下自行车交通规划策略的研究,能够在解决城市交通问题的基础上,实现城市交通的低碳发展,对城市交通乃至城市的发展都有着重要意义。 本文首先分析了低碳交通理念的内涵与特点,结合国内外发展经验,探讨了低碳交通的发展趋势,从自行车交通在低碳交通体系中的功能、定位以及低碳效益入手,总结了我国低碳交通背景下自行车交通发展基础以及内涵。在研究自行车交通特点、出行特征的基础上,结合我国自行车交通发展的良好基础,提出了我国低碳交通背景下自行车交通规划策略,,并从宏观层面、中观层面、微观层面以及政策层面进行了详尽的论述。 最后通过运用本文研究的自行车交通规划策略,对天津市自行车交通进行了区域划分,并结合天津市小白楼地区的现状特点,对该区域进行了规划实践,使得理论方法与具体实践相结合。
[Abstract]:Bicycle traffic is the most basic way to travel in a city, and it is also an indispensable part of the urban transportation system. After entering the 21st century, faced with the severe challenge brought by the global environmental change, low-carbon transportation has become an important way to solve the environmental problems in various countries. As a kind of non-pollution, bicycle traffic is a kind of non-pollution. Low energy-consuming transportation has become one of the bases of low-carbon transportation development. However, with the development of urban motor vehicle traffic and the serious impact of bicycle traffic, solving the problem of engine non-conflict has become the key to improve the urban traffic situation in China. Therefore, the study of bicycle traffic planning strategy in the context of low-carbon traffic can realize the low-carbon development of urban traffic on the basis of solving urban traffic problems, which is of great significance to urban traffic and even urban development. This paper first analyzes the connotation and characteristics of low-carbon transportation concept, and discusses the development trend of low-carbon transportation based on the development experience at home and abroad, starting with the function, positioning and low carbon benefit of bicycle traffic in low-carbon transportation system. This paper summarizes the development foundation and connotation of bicycle traffic under the background of low carbon transportation in China. Based on the study of bicycle traffic characteristics and travel characteristics, combined with the good foundation of bicycle traffic development in China, this paper puts forward the bicycle traffic planning strategy under the background of low-carbon traffic in China, and from the macro level, meso level. Micro-level and policy level are discussed in detail. Finally, by using the bicycle traffic planning strategy studied in this paper, the district of Tianjin bicycle traffic is divided, and the planning practice of this area is carried out according to the present situation of Xiaobailou area in Tianjin. Make the theory method and concrete practice combine together.
