筒仓煤炭码头装卸系统的可靠性仿真研究

【摘要】:随着专业散货码头装卸系统向着高负荷、高效率、自动化方向发展,装卸系统的可靠性问题日益突出。现代散货码头装卸系统是一个复杂的物流系统,机械设备种类多、数量多,设备故障发生的随机性、维修时间的不确定性、设备联接关系的复杂性等,导致了装卸生产系统可靠性也呈现出复杂形式。在系统可靠性理论、离散事件动态系统理论和系统仿真技术的导引下,本文深入研究了新型的筒仓煤炭码头装卸系统可靠性问题,取得了有价值的成果。主要内容如下: (1)基于系统可靠性理论,深入研究了干散货码头装卸系统的可靠性问题。从装卸系统的细分功能出发,对散货码头装卸系统可靠性的含义进行了更深入的描述和解析;基于单机设备可靠性指标和装卸工艺线路的组合,引出了装卸系统基本可靠度和精细可靠度两个新的系统可靠性指标,,丰富了码头装卸系统可靠性理论; (2)根据广泛收集的煤炭码头装卸设备故障资料,统计归纳了主要类型装卸设备的可靠性指标;以规划设计的某新型筒仓煤炭码头装卸系统为对象,计算分析了码头翻车进仓线和出仓装船线的基本可靠度。基于离散事件动态系统理论,提出了干散货码头装卸系统可靠性仿真的思想方法,并建立了筒仓煤炭码头装卸系统细化可靠性仿真研究模型; (3)基于筒仓煤炭码头装卸系统的可靠性仿真模型,通过改变故障因子和修复因子,进行了仿真试验,得到了在不同故障水平和修复水平下的系统可靠性参数;在仿真试验数据基础上,提出了估算筒仓煤炭码头进/出仓量的方法,分别对翻车进仓线和出仓装船线进行了装卸能力计算,论证了在一定可靠度条件下的码头装卸系统理论可达吞吐量,为评价码头装卸系统的能力提供了数据上的支撑。 论文的研究成果对于今后干散货码头装卸工艺系统的规划设计、码头设备的管理都提供了有益的帮助和支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of high load, high efficiency and automation in the professional bulk cargo terminal, the reliability of the loading and unloading system is increasingly prominent. The modern bulk cargo terminal loading and unloading system is a complex logistics system, with many kinds of machinery and equipment, a large number of equipment, the randomness of equipment failure, the uncertainty of maintenance time, and the connection of equipment. In the guidance of the system reliability theory, the discrete event dynamic system theory and the system simulation technology, the reliability of the new type silo coal wharf loading and unloading system is studied in this paper. The main contents are as follows:
(1) based on the system reliability theory, the reliability of the loading and unloading system of the dry bulk terminal is deeply studied. From the subdivision function of the loading and unloading system, the meaning of the reliability of the loading and unloading system of the bulk cargo wharf is described and analyzed more deeply. Based on the reliability index of the single machine equipment and the combination of the loading and unloading process lines, the loading and unloading system is drawn out. Two new system reliability indices, basic reliability and fine reliability, have enriched the reliability theory of port handling system.
(2) according to the widely collected data of the failure of the loading and unloading equipment of the coal wharf, the reliability index of the main type loading and unloading equipment is summed up, and the basic reliability of the loading and unloading line of the wharf and the out of the storehouse is calculated and analyzed. Based on the theory of discrete event dynamic system, a new type of silo loading and unloading system for a new silo is designed and designed. The idea of reliability simulation for loading and unloading system of dry bulk cargo terminal is put forward, and a detailed reliability simulation research model for loading and unloading system of silo coal terminal is established.
(3) based on the reliability simulation model of the loading and unloading system of the silo coal wharf, the simulation test is carried out by changing the fault factor and the repair factor, and the system reliability parameters are obtained under the different fault level and the repair level. On the basis of the simulation test data, the method of estimating the incoming / out of the warehouse of the silo coal wharf is proposed, respectively. The loading and unloading capacity of the dump and out of the storehouse is calculated. The theory of the loading and unloading system of the Wharf under certain reliability conditions can reach the throughput, which provides the data support for the evaluation of the capacity of the loading and unloading system of the wharf.
The research results of this paper will provide useful support and support for future planning and design of the handling system of dry bulk cargo terminals and the management of wharf equipment.
