道路客运小件快运服务网络设计研究

【摘要】:道路客运小件快运服务是一种利用客运线路和客运班车剩余行李舱搭载小件的新兴快运服务方式,本文针对客运小件快运服务网络设计问题进行研究,对于优化资源配置,提高服务水平,提升竞争优势具有现实意义和研究价值。 首先,利用节点拆分方法分析并构建了道路客运小件快运服务网络的时空结构。通过详细分析道路客运小件快运服务所涉及的网络资源,结合客运班线网络资源以及客运网络运作特征,在轴辐式的快运服务网络结构基础上添加符合客运运作特征的服务转运站点和经停站点,,构建出直达服务和转运服务的轴辐式网络结构;进而利用网络节点拆分的方法将网络中的站点按照其所涉及的作业内容进行拆分,构建了道路客运小件快运服务的时空网络。 其次,结合需求特征设计了相应的服务,给出了服务组的设计方法。在所构建的网络结构基础上,综合考虑客运网络资源的时间、容量以及服务水平等因素要求,从服务的时间序列、开行频率、设计成本以及容量四个方面进行小件快运服务设计,进而,根据OD需求分布以及服务水平要求,设计相应的服务组;同时,给出了不同层次的小件网络流的服务组选择方法,具体通过分析客运小件快运需求的特征以及服务水平要求,考虑客运网络的时间限制和容量约束,选择符合小件网络流要求的服务组以完成网络流的输送。 最后,将服务网络结构解析表达、客运网络资源约束条件下的服务开行、小件网络流分配等三个问题予以统筹考虑,依托轴辐式客运小件快运服务网络结构,以广义服务网络运营总成本最小为目标函数,利用数学方法细致刻画了服务网络设计各阶段的约束条件,设定了网络结构和资源约束、服务开行约束和网络流约束,以服务开行0-1变量和服务频率为决策变量,建立了道路客运小件快运服务网络设计模型,实现了服务网络设计目标,并设计出分阶段的启发式算法,结合案例给出了具体的客运小件快运服务网络设计方案。 论文的研究成果给出了道路客运小件快运服务网络设计的一体化设计方法,细化了客运网络资源约束条件下的服务开行以及服务组选择决策过程,为辅助客运小件快运服务网络的设计与优化决策提供了方法支持。
[Abstract]:The small part express service of road passenger transport is a new way of express transportation service, which uses the passenger line and the spare baggage cabin of the passenger bus to carry small parts. This paper studies the design of the network of the passenger small part express transportation service, and optimizes the allocation of resources. It is of practical significance and research value to improve service level and competitive advantage. Firstly, the spatial and temporal structure of the small part express service network of road passenger transport is analyzed and constructed by using the method of node splitting. Through the detailed analysis of the network resources involved in the small express transport service of road passenger transport, combined with the network resources of the passenger transport line and the operation characteristics of the passenger transport network, On the basis of axis-spoke express service network structure, the service transfer stations and stop stations that accord with the characteristics of passenger transport operation are added, and the axis-spoke network structure of direct service and transshipment service is constructed. Then, the network nodes are split according to the job content involved in the network, and the space-time network of the small-piece express service for road passenger transportation is constructed. Secondly, the corresponding service is designed according to the requirement feature, and the design method of service group is given. On the basis of the network structure, considering the demand of time, capacity and service level of passenger network resources, from the time series of service, the frequency of operation, and so on, Design cost and capacity four aspects of the design of small express service design, and then, according to OD demand distribution and service level requirements, design the corresponding service groups, at the same time, give different levels of small piece network flow service group selection method, By analyzing the characteristics of passenger transport demand and service level, considering the time limit and capacity constraint of passenger transport network, the service groups that meet the requirements of small-piece network flow are selected to complete the network flow transportation. Finally, the service network structure is analyzed and expressed, the service operation under the condition of resource constraint of passenger transport network and the distribution of small piece network flow are considered as a whole, relying on the axis-spoke passenger transport small piece express service network structure. Taking the minimum total operating cost of the generalized service network as the objective function, the constraints of each stage of the service network design are described in detail by using mathematical methods, and the network structure and resource constraints, the service opening constraints and the network flow constraints are set up. Taking the 0-1 variable and frequency of service as the decision variables, the design model of the service network for small passenger express transportation is established, and the design goal of the service network is realized, and the heuristic algorithm is designed. Combined with the case, the paper gives the concrete design scheme of the passenger small piece express service network. The research results of the paper give the integrated design method of the road passenger transport small part express service network design, and refine the service opening and service group selection decision-making process under the condition of the passenger transport network resource constraint. It provides the method support for the design and optimization decision of the auxiliary passenger small part express service network.
