半柔性彩色水泥灌浆沥青路面关键技术研究

【摘要】:目前,为满足公路交通运输的发展需求,克服沥青路面和水泥路面各自的不足,很多国家提出了半柔性路面概念。半柔性路面即由水泥浆体和多孔沥青混合料形成的复合材料路面。半柔性路面兼具水泥混凝土的刚性和沥青混凝土的柔性,可以应用于城市道路、交叉口、停车场、收费站和港口等。在国内外研究成果的基础上,本文从三个方面展开了综合研究工作:首先,分析了半柔性路面的强度形成机理,并进一步设计出母体沥青混合料配合比。研究内容包括(1)半柔性彩色水泥灌浆沥青路面强度形成机理。(2)采用体积法设计母体沥青混合料。(3)通过马歇尔试验和日本的母体沥青混合料指标,确定油石比为2.5%的母体沥青混合料配合比。其次,着重讨论了水泥砂浆的设计及制备方案,并就水泥砂浆的组成材料做了针对性的实验。进而得出:在水灰比为0.5时,水泥砂浆成型效果最佳时膨胀剂掺量控制在8%左右;减水剂掺量为1%,色粉以外掺的方式加入量为3%。最后,通过一系列室内相关性能试验对半柔性路面彩色水泥灌浆材料的路用性能进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:相比热拌沥青混合料,灌浆复合材料的高温稳定性能优势明显,低温性能略有降低,水稳定性能符合普通沥青混合料标准的要求。
[Abstract]:At present, in order to meet the development needs of highway transportation and overcome the shortcomings of asphalt pavement and cement pavement, many countries put forward the concept of semi-flexible pavement. Semi-flexible pavement is a composite pavement formed by cement paste and porous asphalt mixture. Semi-flexible pavement has the rigidity of cement concrete and the flexibility of asphalt concrete, which can be used in urban roads, intersections, parking lots, toll stations and ports. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper has carried out comprehensive research work from three aspects: firstly, the strength forming mechanism of semi-flexible pavement is analyzed, and the mixture ratio of parent asphalt mixture is further designed. The research contents include: (1) the mechanism of strength formation of semi-flexible color cement grouting asphalt pavement. (2) the volume method is used to design the matrix asphalt mixture. (3) through Marshall test and Japanese matrix asphalt mixture index, The mixture ratio of parent asphalt mixture is determined to be 2.5%. Secondly, the design and preparation of cement mortar are discussed. The results show that when the water-cement ratio is 0.5, the content of expansive agent is about 8%, the amount of water reducing agent is 1, the addition of other than color powder is 3%. Finally, the pavement performance of color cement grouting material for semi-flexible pavement is studied systematically through a series of indoor related performance tests. The results show that compared with hot mix asphalt mixture, the high temperature stability performance of grouting composite is obvious, the low temperature performance is slightly reduced, and the water stability meets the requirements of common asphalt mixture standard.
