区域级的高速公路机电系统设计研究

【摘要】:从高速公路调度业务出发,实现高速公路区域化机电管理,明显提高应急处置能力,及时诱导和调度道路交通,保障高速公路路网的运行畅通,全面提升公众服务水平和能力,建立统一的通信网络平台,实现数据资源共享和网络资源充分利用。即“重点监视、指挥调度、强化管理、服务社会、资源共用”。 本文针对以湖北省黄黄高速公路管理处的区域化机电系统的设计与应用为例,对高速公路机电系统设计与实现的理论和方法进行了比较全面、系统的探索研究。 首先,从高速公路路网现状,以及路网发展的背景,并结合国内外相关研究现状,阐述了在高速公路机电系统中,引入区域化管理的的目的和意义。 第二,对高速公路机电系统相关的理论和一般方法进行了总结。具体为: (1)基本概念。包括高速公路监控、收费、通讯、供配电等系统的基本概念,以及高速公路机电系统的发展历程。 (2)介绍区域级高公路机电系统管理模式,通过对比分析各模式的适用情况。 (3)结合高速公路机电系统存的的问题,分析区域级机电系统的必要性和设置条件。 第三,以湖北省黄黄高速公路管理处为例,设计了该管理处的区域级机电系统。首先结合高速公路机电系统的特征,分析了系统设计的总体原则和目标;接着,阐述了系统的设计总体框架和设计内容。 第四,设计了黄黄高速公路管理处的监控系统、收费系统和通信系统,提出了各系统的设计功能,并对各系统的关键功能进行设计。 本论文以黄黄高速公路管理处实际系统设计需求为出发点,提出了切实可行的高速公路区域级机电系统的设计和实现建议,以提高高速公路通行效率,减少机电设施故障,提升区域级机电管理水平,也为其它公路的区域级机电系统设计与实现提供了科学的参考方法。
[Abstract]:Starting from the expressway dispatching business, we should realize the regionalized electromechanical management of the expressway, obviously improve the ability of emergency handling, guide and dispatch the road traffic in time, ensure the smooth running of the highway network, and comprehensively enhance the public service level and ability. A unified communication network platform is established to share data resources and make full use of network resources. That is, "key surveillance, command and scheduling, strengthen management, service society, resource sharing." Taking the design and application of the regionalized electromechanical system of the Huang-Huang Expressway Management Office in Hubei Province as an example, the theory and method of the design and implementation of the freeway electromechanical system are studied comprehensively and systematically in this paper. First of all, from the highway network status, and the development of the road network background, and combined with the domestic and foreign related research situation, elaborated in the expressway mechanical and electrical system, the introduction of regional management of the purpose and significance. Secondly, the related theories and general methods of freeway electromechanical system are summarized. Specifically: Basic concepts. It includes the basic concepts of highway monitoring, charging, communication, power supply and distribution, and the development of highway electromechanical system. This paper introduces the management mode of mechanical and electrical system of regional high highway, and analyzes the application of each mode. The necessity and setting conditions of regional electromechanical system are analyzed in combination with the existing problems of freeway electromechanical system. Thirdly, taking the Huanghuang Expressway Management Office of Hubei Province as an example, the region-level mechanical and electrical system of the management office is designed. The general principles and objectives of the system design are analyzed based on the characteristics of the freeway electromechanical system, and then the design framework and content of the system are expounded. Fourthly, the monitoring system, charging system and communication system of Huang-Huang Expressway Management Office are designed, and the design functions of each system are put forward, and the key functions of each system are designed. Based on the actual system design requirements of Huang-Huang Expressway Management Office, this paper puts forward some practical design and implementation suggestions for freeway regional electromechanical system, in order to improve the efficiency of freeway passage and reduce the failure of mechanical and electrical facilities. Improving the level of regional electromechanical management also provides a scientific reference method for the design and implementation of regional electromechanical system of other highways.
