土石混填地基隧道结构稳定性及补强措施研究

【摘要】:土石混合体是自然界常见的一种岩土体,它对隧道的不良影响主要表现为因地基承载力不足而发生隧道整体或局部下沉、向洞内挤压和底板隆起,以及由此引发的各种结构损伤。当隧道坐落在这种地基上时,如处理不当,,易给工程建设带来难题及造成危害。 论文以实际隧道工程为依托,采用现场调查、理论研究及数值模拟相结合的方法,对土石混填地基隧道结构稳定性及补强措施进行研究,开展的主要工作如下: ①收集该案例隧道的勘察、设计、施工等相关资料,对案例工程隧道结构的开裂情况进行实地调查和分析。 ②通过数值模拟试验获得土石混填地基的力学参数。运用MATLAB随机程序结合CAD绘图软件生成土石混合体随机模型,导入FLAC3D进行数值模拟试验。根据数值模拟试验结果对数据进行处理,得出土石混合体的弹性模量、粘聚力、内摩擦角和泊松比。 ③采用GTS有限元分析软件模拟土石混填地基隧道结构的稳定性。运用地层结构法和荷载结构法模拟隧道现状回填情况和回填完成情况下隧道结构的稳定性,根据模拟结果分析隧道产生裂缝的原因,并与实际情况相对比。 ④结合隧道实际情况及前人经验进行理论分析,确定隧道结构的补强加固方案。对该补强加固方案进行数值分析,与未补强情况下隧道回填完成时模拟结果进行对比,并评价该补强加固效果。
[Abstract]:The soil-rock mixture is a common rock and soil mass in nature. Its adverse effect on the tunnel is mainly caused by the overall or local subsidence of the tunnel due to the insufficient bearing capacity of the foundation, the extrusion of the tunnel and the uplift of the bottom plate. And the resulting structural damage. When the tunnel is located on this foundation, if it is not handled properly, it will bring problems and harm to the engineering construction. Based on the actual tunnel engineering, the paper studies the stability and reinforcement measures of the tunnel structure with the combination of field investigation, theoretical research and numerical simulation. The main work is as follows: The main contents are as follows: 1. Collect the investigation, design, construction and other relevant data of the case tunnel, and carry out field investigation and analysis on the cracking situation of the tunnel structure of the case engineering. 2. The mechanical parameters of soil and rock fill foundation are obtained by numerical simulation test. The soil-rock mixed random model was generated by using MATLAB random program and CAD drawing software, and was imported into FLAC3D to carry out numerical simulation test. The elastic modulus, cohesive force, internal friction angle and Poisson's ratio of soil-rock mixture are obtained by processing the data according to the results of numerical simulation test. GTS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the stability of the tunnel structure. The stability of tunnel structure under the condition of backfilling and backfilling is simulated by the method of stratum structure and load structure. According to the simulation results, the causes of the cracks in the tunnel are analyzed and compared with the actual situation. 4According to the actual situation of the tunnel and the previous experience, the reinforcement scheme of the tunnel structure is determined. The numerical analysis of the reinforcement scheme is carried out, which is compared with the simulation results when the backfill of the tunnel is completed without reinforcement, and the effect of the reinforcement is evaluated.
