高水压岩溶隧道衬砌结构受力特征和防排水设计研究

【摘要】:随着西部地区铁路网的拓展,特别是高速铁路的大量修建,在岩溶地区修建隧道不可避免。在岩溶区高水压的作用下,保证衬砌结构的长期安全是一大难题。近年来,因高水压造成的衬砌开裂、仰拱破坏等问题越来越多。因此,研究高水压岩溶隧道衬砌结构受力特征和防排水设计成为一项重要课题。 论文采用实测数据统计分析和数值模拟的研究手段,研究了高水压岩溶隧道衬砌水压力特征和衬砌内力特征,并对防排水设计进行探讨。本文在前人研究的基础上开展研究,其主要工作如下: (1)对近年来国内外高水压隧道衬砌水压力的实测数据进行统计分析,分析了衬砌水压力的影响因素,研究了不同防排水方式下衬砌水压力的分布规律。 (2)建立隧道水压力模糊综合评价体系,根据水压力模糊评价结果分级,合理选择不同的防排水设计方式。 (3)以成贵客运专线应山岩隧道为工程背景,基于流固耦合理论,采用数值模拟手段,建立二维模型,研究衬砌水压力和结构内力特征,对“两侧沟+中心沟”设计方案的排水效果进行评价。 (4)鉴于“两侧沟+中心沟”的排水方式导致仰拱衬砌水压力大,提出仰拱下排水的设计方案,通过数值手段研究了仰拱下排水时衬砌结构受力特征,并对仰拱下排水的设计进行探讨。 (5)采用数值手段,并调研国内外工程案例,对高水压岩溶隧道限排标准、注浆圈合理厚度和注浆圈合理渗透系数进行探讨。
[Abstract]:With the development of the railway network in the western region , especially the large - scale construction of high - speed railway , the construction of tunnel in karst area is inevitable . In recent years , the problem of long - term safety of lining structure is a big problem . In recent years , it is an important task to study the stress characteristics and drainage design of lining structure of high water pressure karst tunnel .
In this paper , the characteristics of water pressure and internal force of lining in high water pressure karst tunnel are studied by means of data analysis and numerical simulation , and the design of waterproof drainage is discussed . The research is carried out on the basis of the previous research , and the main works are as follows :
( 1 ) Statistical analysis of the measured data of water pressure of high water pressure tunnel at home and abroad in recent years , the factors affecting the water pressure of lining are analyzed , and the distribution law of water pressure of lining under different drainage ways is studied .
( 2 ) establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for tunnel water pressure , grading according to the fuzzy evaluation result of the water pressure , and reasonably selecting different drainage design modes .
( 3 ) Based on the theory of flow - solid coupling , a two - dimensional model is established based on the theory of flow - solid coupling , and the water pressure and internal force characteristics of lining are studied , and the drainage effect of the design scheme of " two sides ditch + central sulcus " is evaluated .
( 4 ) In view of the large water pressure of inverted arch lining caused by the drainage pattern of " two sides ditch + central groove " , the design scheme of drainage under inverted arch is put forward , and the stress characteristics of lining structure under inverted arch under inverted arch are studied by numerical method , and the design of drainage under inverted arch is discussed .
( 5 ) Using numerical method , and investigating domestic and foreign project cases , this paper probes into the criteria of high water pressure karst tunnel , the reasonable thickness of grouting circle and the reasonable permeability coefficient of grouting circle .
