铁尾矿用作路面基层材料的研究

【摘要】:本文系统的研究了铁尾矿用作路面基层材料这一课题,为铁尾矿的综合利用提供了一条新的途径。 本文首先进行了铁尾矿用作路面基层材料的配合比进行了实验论证,添加了水泥、生物凝聚酶作为铁尾矿的稳定剂,根据国标要求采用无侧限抗压强度作为唯一评价指标,确定了集合料的最佳配合比为水泥:碎石:铁尾矿:生物凝聚酶=5:30:68:2。在此配合比时,铁尾矿做路面基层材料的强度可以满足国标规定的高速公路及一级公路道路使用标准。 为了提高路面材料的使用寿命、优化材料性能,在无机结合料中加入聚丙烯纤维,并重点针对路面材料力学性能以及耐久性能展开研究。实验结果表明:试件的劈裂抗拉强度随聚丙烯纤维的加入先上升后下降,当纤维掺量为1.5kg/3时,试件的劈裂抗拉强度最大;试件的抗弯拉强度随聚丙烯纤维的加入先上升后下降,当纤维掺量为0.9kg/3时,试件的抗弯拉强度最大;聚丙烯纤维的掺入有助于降低试件的回弹模量值,回弹模量随聚丙烯纤维用量增加而增大;不同聚丙烯纤维的掺量对试件的冻稳性影响很小;不同聚丙烯纤维的掺量对试件水稳性影响较小;抗冲刷实验表明,试件的质量损失比随着纤维掺量的增加冲刷率与质量损失比先下降后上升,当纤维掺量为1.5kg/m3时,试件的冲刷率降至最低;纤维的掺入可有效降低试件的干缩量;综合上述试验结果,最终确定聚丙烯纤维的最佳用量为1.5kg/3。 本文的研究成果对推广铁尾矿用作路面基层材料具有一定的参考价值。图24幅,表22个,参考文献66篇。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the problem of iron tailings as pavement base material is systematically studied, which provides a new way for the comprehensive utilization of iron tailings. In this paper, the mixture ratio of iron tailings used as pavement base material is demonstrated experimentally. Cement, bio-coagulase is added as stabilizer of iron tailings, and the unconfined compressive strength is used as the sole evaluation index according to the requirements of national standard. The optimum mixture ratio of aggregate material is cement: crushed stone: iron tailings: biocerulase 5: 30: 68: 2. In this mix ratio, the strength of iron tailings as pavement base material can meet the national standard for the use of expressway and first-class highway. In order to improve the service life and optimize the properties of pavement materials, polypropylene fiber was added into inorganic binders, and the mechanical properties and durability of pavement materials were studied. The experimental results show that the splitting tensile strength of the specimen increases first and then decreases with the addition of polypropylene fiber. When the fiber content is 1.5kg/ 3, the splitting tensile strength of the specimen is the largest, and the flexural tensile strength of the specimen increases first and then decreases with the addition of polypropylene fiber. When the fiber content is 0.9kg/ 3, the flexural tensile strength of the specimen is the largest, and the addition of polypropylene fiber helps to reduce the elastic modulus of the specimen, and the elastic modulus increases with the increase of the content of polypropylene fiber. The effect of different content of polypropylene fiber on the freezing stability of the specimen is very small, and the content of different polypropylene fiber has little effect on the water stability of the specimen, and the scour resistance experiment shows that the different content of polypropylene fiber has little effect on the water stability of the specimen. With the increase of fiber content, the ratio of scour loss to mass loss decreases first and then goes up. When the fiber content is 1.5kg/m3, the scouring rate of the specimen decreases to the minimum, and the dry shrinkage of the specimen can be effectively reduced by the addition of fiber. According to the above experimental results, the optimum dosage of polypropylene fiber was determined to be 1.5 kg / 3. The research results of this paper have certain reference value for popularizing iron tailings as pavement base material. There are 24 figures, 22 tables and 66 references.
