公路洪水灾害危险性评价指标

【摘要】：根据公路洪水灾害的特点和致灾机理,将公路洪水灾害分为山区沿河公路水毁、山区公路边坡水毁和平原区公路淹没水毁3种;分析了降雨、地形、岩土、植被和水系等主要影响因素对公路洪水灾害危险性大小的影响;根据各影响因素对公路洪水灾害危险性的影响特点,选择影响因素特征参数建立了各类公路洪水灾害危险性评价指标;在此基础上,根据各指标对公路洪水灾害危险性大小的影响程度,将其分为极低危险、低度危险、中等危险、高度危险和极高危险5级。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of the highway flood disaster and the mechanism of disaster causing, the highway flood disaster is divided into 3 kinds of water destruction along the river road along the river, the water destruction of the mountain highway slope and the flood of the plain area, and the influence of the main influencing factors of the rainfall, terrain, rock, soil, vegetation and water system on the risk of the highway flood disaster. The characteristics of the risk of the road flood hazard are characterized by selecting the characteristic parameters of the influence factors to establish the risk assessment indexes of various highway flood disasters. On this basis, according to the impact degree of each index on the risk of the highway flood disaster, it is divided into 5 levels of extremely low risk, low risk, medium risk, high risk and high danger.
