基层类型对CRCP力学性能影响的研究

【摘要】:连续配筋混凝土路面具有普通水泥混凝土路面强度高、抗变形能力强的特点,同时由于纵向连续配筋的存在很好地避免了普通水泥混凝土路面常见的板角断裂、板底脱空、接缝唧呢等常见病害。因此,连续配筋混凝土路面成为重交通高等级路面的首选,也成为近年来国内外研究的热点。 基层为路面提供了重要支撑,不同的基层类型对于连续配筋混凝土路面力学性能的影响也有着明显的区别。本文利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了一个道路层状模型进行计算分析,在交通荷载BZZ-100与温度荷载作用下,对不同类型基层支撑下的连续配筋混凝土路面的力学性能进行对比分析,最后得出具体结论。 在交通荷载作用下,路面结构选用弹性层状体系,,路基采用文克勒地基。通过计算发现,车轮外侧作用在路面板边缘为最不利荷位。通过对比不同基层支撑下连续配筋混凝土路面的应力应变云图,发现基层的弹性模量是影响路面应力应变的主要因素,基层的弹性模量越大,具有越强的支撑能力与应力扩散能力,路面的混凝土与钢筋产生的应力应变越小,分布也越均匀。 在温度荷载作用下,路面与路基均采用弹性层状体系。通过温度场的计算发现,不同的基层类型对整个道路温度场的计算结果影响不大。实践证明,基层对面层温度应力的影响主要是面层底面与基层顶面的层间接触,不同的层间接触提供不同的约束。沥青混凝土因其多孔的结构特点,在浇筑连续配筋混凝土时,水泥浆渗入基层,因此形成了较牢固的层间接触,很好地抑制了面板的温度变形。
[Abstract]:Continuous reinforced concrete pavement has the characteristics of high strength and strong anti-deformation ability of ordinary cement concrete pavement. At the same time, because of the existence of longitudinal continuous reinforcement, the common slab angle fracture and slab bottom void are avoided. Seams and other common diseases. Therefore, continuous reinforced concrete pavement has become the first choice of heavy traffic high-grade pavement, and has become a hot spot of domestic and foreign research in recent years. The base provides important support for the pavement, and the influence of different types of base on the mechanical properties of continuously reinforced concrete pavement is obviously different. In this paper, a layered road model is established by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Under the action of traffic load BZZ-100 and temperature load, The mechanical properties of continuous reinforced concrete pavement supported by different types of base are compared and analyzed, and the concrete conclusions are obtained. Under traffic load, elastic layered system is used for pavement structure and Wenkler foundation is used for roadbed. It is found by calculation that the most unfavorable load position is the lateral wheel acting on the edge of the road panel. By comparing the stress-strain cloud diagrams of concrete pavement with continuous reinforcement under different base support, it is found that the elastic modulus of the base is the main factor affecting the stress and strain of the pavement, and the greater the elastic modulus of the base is, The stronger the supporting capacity and the stress diffusion ability, the smaller the stress and strain of concrete and steel bar, and the more uniform the distribution. Under the action of temperature load, both pavement and roadbed adopt elastic layered system. Through the calculation of the temperature field, it is found that the different base type has little effect on the calculation results of the whole road temperature field. It is proved by practice that the influence of the temperature stress on the base layer is mainly the contact between the bottom surface of the surface layer and the top surface of the base layer, and the different interlayer contact provides different constraints. Because of its porous structure, the cement slurry infiltrates into the base course when the concrete is continuously reinforced, thus forming a solid interlayer contact, which can restrain the temperature deformation of the slab well.
