岩溶隧道围岩稳定性及其处治技术研究

【摘要】:岩溶题目是世界性难题,在我国境内,可溶性岩分布面积约占国土面积的1/3,我国是世界上岩溶分布面积最为广泛的国家之一。 广阔的岩溶分布严重影响我国交通事业的发展与进步。岩溶常常会导致塌方、突水等现象,不但影响了工期,甚至会导致设备损坏、人员伤亡等严重后果。因此如何有效地避免和处理岩溶问题,,已成为隧道施工的关键问题所在。 本文结合贵阳花果园西大街隧道工程实例,在广泛调研、参阅国内外相关文献的基础上,对岩溶隧道围岩稳定性的影响及岩溶处治技术进行研究。主要研究内容包括以下几个方面: ①探究岩溶对隧道工程的影响,及岩溶发育的一般规律。 ②对岩溶隧道超前预报技术进行探讨及研究。 ③利用MIDAS GTS有限元分析软件探讨分析了不同直径溶洞在隧道拱顶、侧墙、底部不同部位分布时,隧道内部围岩的位移变形及应力变化特点。揭示了岩溶影响隧道围岩稳定性的根本原因即:岩溶导致围岩支撑厚度变薄,围岩在岩溶区段产生应力集中现象,在强大的局部应力作用下,围岩产生局部失稳。 ④为确保岩溶段隧道施工的安全性、经济性、环保性三者的平衡,提出了下一阶段研究的内容和方向。
[Abstract]:Karst problem is a worldwide problem. In China, soluble rock area accounts for about one third of the land area, and China is one of the countries with the most extensive karst distribution area in the world. The wide karst distribution seriously affects the development and progress of China's transportation industry. Karst often leads to collapse, water inrush and other phenomena, which not only affect the duration of the project, but also lead to equipment damage, casualties and other serious consequences. Therefore, how to effectively avoid and deal with karst problems has become a key problem in tunnel construction. In this paper, the influence of the stability of karst tunnel surrounding rock and the karst treatment technology are studied on the basis of extensive investigation and reference to the relevant literature at home and abroad. The main research contents include the following aspects: 1 explore the influence of karst on tunnel engineering and the general law of karst development. 2 the advance prediction technology of karst tunnel is discussed and studied. Using MIDAS GTS finite element analysis software, the characteristics of displacement, deformation and stress change of surrounding rock in tunnel with different diameters distributed in different parts of tunnel arch top, side wall and bottom are discussed and analyzed. It is revealed that the fundamental cause of the influence of karst on the stability of tunnel surrounding rock is that karst causes the thickness of surrounding rock to become thinner, the surrounding rock produces stress concentration phenomenon in karst section, and the surrounding rock produces local instability under the action of strong local stress. In order to ensure the balance of safety, economy and environmental protection of tunnel construction in karst section, the content and direction of the next stage research are put forward.
