分布式集装箱集疏网络空箱调运模型研究

【摘要】:作为一种现代化的货物运输方式,集装箱运输具有许多显著的优越性(如简化包装,,节省包装材料,提高装卸作业效率,便于机械化、自动化等),使得集装箱运输获得了飞速的发展。运量的增长,同时也引起了空箱调运量的增长,日益突出的空箱调运难度增大以及空箱调运成本上升等问题,直接影响到运输企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。集装箱空箱调运管理不善,既浪费了大量的空箱资源,影响适箱货物的及时发送,同时也引起了集装箱运输企业经营成本的增加,严重影响了其经济效益。因此,如何减少空箱调运量,避免不必要的空箱调运,在何时何地,调运适量的空箱以满足集装箱运输在时间和数量上的要求,最大限度降低空箱调运成为了亟待解决的问题。 本文以分布式集装箱集疏网络空箱调运作业系统为研究对象,首先回顾了国内外关于空箱调运问题已有的研究成果,并通过分类整理,对已有的研究成果总结其经验和不足,提出了自己的研究思路和方法。其次本文对分布式集疏网络的网络构成、空箱调运产生原因、空箱调运特点和空箱调运流程以及调运策略进行了系统的分析总结。通过对空箱调运问题的定性分析,为后来分布式集疏网络空箱调运优化模型的建立奠定了理论基础。本文在基本理论、文献综述的基础上,分析分布式集疏网络空箱调运系统的系统构成,空箱调运要素、影响分布式集疏网络空箱调拨问题的因素以及调拨成本,构建了该调度问题的概念模型并结合空箱调运的具体特点进行两阶段优化建模,将确定性空箱需求和随机空箱需求的满足进行分别处理,最后集成整体空箱调运决策优化模型。最后,本文对模型进行了算例验证,针对本文模型的自身构建,设计了适合的Lingo求解方法。通过控制模型运行条件和调整模型中的不同参数得出了符合客观情况的结果,证明了模型的合理性,反过来也证明了一些客观判断的合理性,有助于集装箱运输公司进行参考研究。
[Abstract]:As a modern mode of cargo transport, container transportation has many obvious advantages (such as simplifying packaging, saving packaging materials, improving the efficiency of loading and unloading, and facilitating mechanization. Automation and so on, makes the container transportation to obtain the rapid development. The increase of transportation volume also causes the increase of empty container transportation, the increasing difficulty of empty container transportation and the rising cost of empty container transportation, which directly affect the economic benefits and market competitiveness of transportation enterprises. The poor management of empty container transportation not only wastes a large number of empty container resources and affects the timely delivery of containerized goods, but also causes an increase in the operating cost of container transportation enterprises and seriously affects their economic benefits. Therefore, how to reduce the quantity of empty container and avoid unnecessary empty container, when and where to transfer appropriate amount of empty container to meet the requirements of time and quantity of container transportation and to minimize empty container transfer has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the distributed empty container dispatching system is taken as the research object. First of all, it reviews the existing research results of empty container dispatching at home and abroad, and summarizes its experiences and shortcomings through sorting out the existing research results. The author puts forward his own research ideas and methods. Secondly, this paper makes a systematic analysis and summary of the network structure of distributed network, the causes of empty container dispatching, the characteristics of empty container dispatching, the empty box dispatching process and the dispatching strategy. Through the qualitative analysis of the empty container dispatching problem, the theoretical foundation was established for the establishment of the optimization model of the distributed set and sparse network empty container dispatching. On the basis of the basic theory and literature review, this paper analyzes the system structure, the elements of empty container transfer, the factors affecting the problem of empty container allocation and the allocation cost of the distributed network empty container dispatching system. The conceptual model of the scheduling problem is constructed and combined with the specific characteristics of empty container dispatching to carry out two-stage optimization modeling. The deterministic empty container requirements and the stochastic empty container requirements are dealt with separately. Finally, the overall empty container dispatching decision optimization model is integrated. Finally, the model is verified by an example, and a suitable Lingo solution method is designed for the self-construction of the model. By controlling the operating conditions of the model and adjusting the different parameters in the model, the results of the objective conditions are obtained, the rationality of the model is proved, and the rationality of some objective judgments is also proved. It is helpful for container transportation company to carry on the reference research.
