沥青路面Top-Down裂缝开裂机理解析法分析

【摘要】:沥青路面的Top-Down裂缝是沥青路面初期损坏的一种,,对沥青路面的使用性能和使用期限有较大的影响,目前国内外对Top-Down裂缝的研究一般局限于有限元分析,未见乏解析法分析。因此,运用解析法分析沥青路面的开裂机理,从而得到沥青路面Top-Down裂缝开裂应力分析的计算程序很有必要。 本文参考大量国内外相关文献和研究成果,建立适用于解析法分析沥青路面Top-Down开裂的轮胎接地模型。采用AI法得到路面结构温度场,同时考虑使用年限、不同温度、深度和空隙率的影响,根据沥青老化预估模型得出春季、夏季、冬季工况下未老化和老化后的动态模量。以弹性层状理论体系为基础,运用解析法建立力学计算模型计算车辆荷载作用下沥青路面结构的应力和老化后突然降温工况下沥青路面的温度应力,并且运用MATLAB软件编制解析法计算程序。在计算分析的基础上提出沥青路面Top-Down开裂应力分析方法。将解析法计算结果与有限元计算结果、试验路实测结果进行了对比,结果分别相差20%、30%左右。计算误差在合理范围内,证明了解析法的可行性。通过解析法编制的计算程序计算老化前春季、夏季、冬季工况,老化后春季、夏季、冬季工况,及老化后突然降温后春季、夏季、冬季工况下的应力。 根据解析法分析结果来确定沥青路面Top-Down裂缝的开裂原理:沥青路面不考虑老化时,轮胎荷载作用下的最大剪应力是造成路面Top-Down裂缝开裂的主要原因;老化后,轮胎荷载作用下的最大拉应力是造成沥青路面Top-Down裂缝开裂的主要原因;老化后并突然降温后,轮胎荷载的最大拉应力大于了材料的抗拉强度而导致了沥青路面开裂。
[Abstract]:The Top-Down crack of asphalt pavement is a kind of initial damage of asphalt pavement, which has great influence on the performance and service life of asphalt pavement. At present, the research on Top-Down crack is generally limited to finite element analysis, but no analytical analysis has been found. Therefore, it is necessary to use the analytical method to analyze the cracking mechanism of asphalt pavement and to obtain the Top-Down crack stress analysis program of asphalt pavement. In this paper, referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and research results, a tire grounding model suitable for analytical analysis of asphalt pavement Top-Down cracking is established. The temperature field of pavement structure is obtained by AI method, and considering the influence of service life, different temperature, depth and void ratio, the dynamic modulus of unaged and aged pavement under spring, summer and winter conditions is obtained according to the asphalt aging prediction model. Based on the elastic layered theory system, the mechanical calculation model is established to calculate the stress of asphalt pavement structure under vehicle load and the temperature stress of asphalt pavement under the condition of sudden cooling after aging. And use MATLAB software to compile analytic method calculation program. On the basis of calculation and analysis, the Top-Down cracking stress analysis method of asphalt pavement is put forward. The calculated results of the analytical method are compared with the results of the finite element method, and the measured results of the experimental road are compared. The difference between the results is about 20% or 30% respectively. The calculation error is within a reasonable range, which proves the feasibility of the analytical method. The stress in spring, summer, winter, spring, summer, winter after aging, and the stress in spring, summer and winter after sudden cooling after aging are calculated by the calculation program compiled by analytical method. According to the analytical results, the cracking principle of asphalt pavement Top-Down crack is determined. When asphalt pavement does not consider aging, the maximum shear stress under tire load is the main cause of pavement Top-Down crack cracking. The maximum tensile stress under tire load is the main cause of Top-Down cracking in asphalt pavement. After aging and suddenly cooling down, the maximum tensile stress of tire load is greater than the tensile strength of the material, which leads to the cracking of asphalt pavement.
