波形腹板组合梁设计方法研究

【摘要】:波形腹板组合梁充分利用了混凝土和波形钢板这两种材料的优点,与传统的混凝土梁桥相比,其自重较轻,受力合理,施工工期短,,经济效益和社会效益较好。为了研究波形腹板组合梁的设计方法,本文从理论分析和数值计算两个方面对这种新型组合梁进行了研究。 本文的主要研究工作如下: 1、结合国内外的研究现状,本文针对波形腹板组合梁的力学性能进行理论分析,主要研究了波形腹板组合梁的抗弯承载力、抗剪承载力、抗扭承载力和剪力滞效应,总结了波形腹板组合梁的基本力学计算理论。所总结的方法可以用于波形腹板组合梁的结构设计计算。 2、波形腹板组合梁桥的受力性能在很大程度上取决于其结合部,结合部一般采用剪力连接件进行连接。本文主要研究了剪力连接件的构造和设计方法,以保证波形腹板组合梁的受力性能不受影响。 3、建立某实桥的有限元模型,对其力学性能进行分析,并用本文提出的设计方法对其抗弯承载力和抗剪承载力进行验算。结果表明,该波纹腹板组合梁的抗弯承载力和抗剪承载力均满足现行规范的要求,说明本文提出的设计方法有较好的应用价值。
[Abstract]:The corrugated web composite beam makes full use of the advantages of concrete and corrugated steel plate. Compared with the traditional concrete beam bridge, its weight is lighter, the force is reasonable, the construction period is short, and the economic and social benefits are better. In order to study the design method of corrugated web composite beam, this paper studies the new type composite beam from two aspects: theoretical analysis and numerical calculation. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. According to the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the corrugated web composite beam theoretically, and mainly studies the bending capacity, shear capacity, torsional capacity and shear lag effect of the wave web composite beam. The basic mechanics calculation theory of corrugated web composite beam is summarized. The method can be used to design and calculate the structure of composite beam with corrugated web. 2. The mechanical performance of the composite beam bridge with corrugated webs depends on the joint to a great extent, and the joint is usually connected by shear joint. In this paper, the construction and design method of shear joint are studied to ensure that the mechanical behavior of the composite beam with corrugated web is not affected. 3. The finite element model of a real bridge is established, its mechanical properties are analyzed, and the flexural and shear bearing capacity are checked by the design method proposed in this paper. The results show that the flexural capacity and shear bearing capacity of the corrugated web composite beam meet the requirements of the current code, which shows that the design method proposed in this paper has good application value.
