高寒地区复合矿物纤维沥青路面应用研究

【摘要】:在广袤的高寒地区,气候环境条件恶劣,加之重载增多与交通渠化,使得沥青路面低温开裂十分严重,且高温车辙病害不断凸显,普通沥青混合料的稳定性和耐久性遭受严峻考验。已有研究认为在沥青混合料中掺入适量的增强纤维能够有效改善沥青混合料的路用性能。本文以高寒地区恶劣气候条件下沥青混合料为研究对象,采用一种自主研发的环保型复合矿物纤维进行沥青混合料组成设计及路用性能研究,并依托试验工程提出复合矿物纤维沥青面层的施工工艺。 本文对复合矿物纤维进行技术性能评价,提出了沥青混合料路用纤维使用性能要求;采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)对纤维沥青胶浆高低温流变性能进行试验研究,分析了流变参数变化规律;选取AC-13/16和SMA-13/16四种类型混合料、两种路用纤维及两种沥青,通过马歇尔试验确定了不同纤维掺量条件下沥青混合料最佳油石比;通过车辙试验、小梁低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验与冻融劈裂试验研究了复合矿物纤维沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,确定出AC-13/16沥青混合料的合理纤维掺量为0.3%,SMA-13/16沥青混合料的合理纤维掺量0.5%;在此基础上,探讨了复合矿物纤维增强沥青混合料作用机理;研究成果可为高寒地区纤维沥青混合料组成设计提供依据,并为复合矿物纤维在高寒地区沥青路面工程中的推广应用奠定基础。
[Abstract]:In the vast and cold areas, the climate and environmental conditions are bad, and the heavy load and traffic channelization make the asphalt pavement crack very seriously, and the high temperature rutting disease is becoming more and more serious. The stability and durability of the ordinary asphalt mixture are severely tested. The pavement performance of asphalt mixture is improved effectively. In this paper, the asphalt mixture under the harsh climate of high cold region is studied. The design of asphalt mixture and the performance of the asphalt mixture are studied by a kind of environmentally friendly composite mineral fiber. The construction technology of the composite mineral fiber asphalt surface is proposed.
In this paper, the technical performance of composite mineral fiber is evaluated, and the requirements for the performance of asphalt mixture road fiber are put forward. Dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and flexural beam fluidity instrument (BBR) are used to study the rheological properties of fiber asphalt mortar at high and low temperature. The changes of rheological parameters are analyzed, and AC-13/16 and SMA-13/16 four types are selected. Type mixture, two kinds of road fiber and two kinds of asphalt, the best oil stone ratio of asphalt mixture under different fiber content was determined by Marshall test. The high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of composite mineral fiber asphalt mixture were studied by rutting test, trabecular low temperature bending test, water immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test. And water stability, the reasonable fiber content of AC-13/16 asphalt mixture is 0.3%, and the reasonable fiber content of SMA-13/16 asphalt mixture is 0.5%. Based on this, the mechanism of composite mineral fiber reinforced asphalt mixture is discussed. The research results can provide the basis for the composition design of the fiber asphalt mixture in the alpine region, and it is a compound ore. The application of fiber in the asphalt pavement construction in alpine region lays the foundation.
