预应力超高性能钢纤维混凝土受力性能与承载力的计算方法

【摘要】:在对预应力超高性能钢纤维混凝土受力性能研究的试验中,以5个超高性钢纤维混凝土桩承台试件为基础进行受弯试验,对承台有效厚度、钢筋配筋率、钢纤维体积率、钢筋以及混凝土应变特征等进行分析。结果表明:底部配筋率为0.5%≤ρs≤1.25%的钢纤维高强混凝土桩承台呈现受弯破坏形态,在挠度为0~1.7 mm区间内,配筋率为0.8%的荷载最大。在挠度为0~0.7 mm区间内,体积率为1.0%的荷载最大,斜率更大,会增加承台的变形能力和承载力,在增加钢纤维体积率的同时增加其承载力。根据研究结果提出了预应力超高性能钢纤维混凝土桩承台抗剪承载力计算模型,进行计算预应力超高性能钢纤维混凝土桩承台抗剪承载力方式的构建。构建公式来计算预应力超高性能钢纤维混凝土承台抗剪承载力,同时,结合计算超高性能钢筋混凝土承台的共识,在工程设计过程中可以运用该公式。
[Abstract]:In the study of the mechanical properties of prestressed ultra-high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC), the bending tests were carried out on the basis of five specimens of UHFC pile cap. The effective thickness of cap, reinforcement ratio and volume ratio of steel fiber were tested. The strain characteristics of steel bar and concrete are analyzed.
