城市道路限速控制方法研究

【摘要】:随着城市机动车辆的增多,交通拥堵也越来越严重,交通控制方法随之成为降低交通压力、缓解交通拥堵的重要方法。在交通控制中最常用的控制方法一般分为两种:软控制和硬控制。软控制包括可变信息标志、可变限速系统、道路标志标线等,主要起到诱导作用,诱导车辆安全通行;硬控制包括信号灯控制及减速垄等,能够强制车辆减速行驶,保证驾驶员行车安全。无论是软控制方法还是硬控制方法,目的为了解决城市交通和道路安全问题、改善道路交通条件、提高道路通行率、减少交通事故,但是由于上述方法控制作用不明显、不能均衡路网流量等缺点,需要新的控制方法在更高层次上满足社会大众的需求及服务交通。 本论文在研究国内外现状的基础上,针对交通限速控制方法中软硬控制的特点,,提出了动态限速控制方法。该方法对于超过限定速行驶的车辆产生明显且安全的颠簸,对于未超过限定车速行驶的车辆则平稳放行,通过视觉警示和超速颠簸反馈作用于驾驶人,通过行为控制实现对车辆的限速通行控制。在此基础上分析研究了速度、密度和流量关系,基于LWR模型和基本元胞传输模型建立基于密度的元胞传输模型,即动态限速控制模型。结合北京市东四环快速路的进出口匝道进行仿真验证,验证了本文提出的动态限速控制方法和理论模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the increase of urban motor vehicles, traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious, and the traffic control method has become an important method to reduce traffic pressure and alleviate traffic congestion. The most commonly used control methods in traffic control are divided into two kinds: soft control and hard control. Soft control includes variable information signs, variable speed limit systems, road signs. Marking line and so on, mainly play an inducement effect, induce vehicle safe passage, hard control including signal lamp control and deceleration ridge, which can force the vehicle to slow down and ensure the driver safety. The purpose is to solve the problem of urban traffic and road safety, improve the road traffic conditions and improve the road. Road traffic rate, reduce traffic accidents, but because of the above methods of control is not obvious, can not balance the road network flow and other shortcomings, the need for new control methods at a higher level to meet the needs of the public and service traffic.
On the basis of studying the current situation at home and abroad and aiming at the characteristics of the soft and hard control in the traffic speed limit control method, a dynamic speed limit control method is proposed. This method produces a clear and safe bump for the vehicles running over the speed limit, and runs smoothly for the vehicles running without a limited speed, through the visual warning and the overspeed. On the basis of the LWR model and the basic cellular transport model, the density based cellular transmission model, that is, the dynamic speed limit control model, is built on the basis of the LWR model and the basic cellular transport model, which combines the import and export of the East Fourth Ring Expressway in Beijing. The simulation of ramp shows that the proposed speed limit control method and theoretical model are feasible.
