城镇密集区道路改扩建工程交通组织研究

【摘要】:随着我国城镇化进程的快速推进,以省道、县道等为主的城镇区域公路网作为连接城市与村镇的纽带起到了至关重要的作用。但是,伴随着经济的发展,人均车辆的保有量及交通运输行业需求增加,早期建设的公路服务水平大多已达不到现有的交通要求,因此,进行扩建改造势在必行。交通组织作为改扩建工程中的一项重要的组成部分,其设计水平及实施效果均对改扩建工程的质量和进度起着举足轻重的作用。城镇密集区道路因其大多为开放式交通,行人及车辆状况复杂,存在较高的安全隐患,交通组织难度大,所以开展城镇密集区公路改扩建交通组织方案的研究迫在眉睫。 本论文以安徽省S101蚌埠至固镇公路改造工程为依据展开分析,从以下几个方面对城镇密集区改扩建施工区交通组织进行了研究: (1)在对国内高速公路、城镇公路等改扩建工程研究基础上,根据改扩建工程各路段的特点,采用项目各路段具体情况与理论分析相结合的方法,进行各路段影响因素分析和改扩建方式选择。同时,也对施工区通行能力及交通特性做出了详细分析,为交通组织方案的提出提供了依据。 (2)依据公路改扩建交通组织设计原理与方法,采用数据调查采集、研究分析方法,得到蚌固路改扩建项目交通量、交通组成及车速等交通参数并进行处理,,提出了蚌埠至固镇公路改造工程路基路面施工、桥梁拼宽施工时的施工区若干交通组织方案。 (3)依据微观交通仿真原理,以交通组织方案理论分析与仿真模拟数据相结合的方法为基础,利用交通仿真软件VISSIM,研究不同施工作业区长度对交通车流的影响;依据交通组织方案评价要求,建立一套符合城镇密集区公路改扩建工程特点的评价指标体系,选取作业区路段施工饱和度、平均车速、交通密度及平均延误四个指标,分析得出城镇密集区路段限速条件下的最优施工作业区长度值,并对交通组织方案进行了评价,分析方案的合理性与可行性。 (4)根据城镇密集区公路改扩建施工的特点,进行安全标志设置、安全防护及应急预案的研究,提出了施工区基本安全设施设置方法及应急预案。 本论文研究成果为城镇密集区公路改扩建工程改扩建方式选择、作业区长度取值、交通组织方案确定及安全防护措施制定等方面提供了指导和参考依据,对该类项目的改扩建设计施工具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the urban regional highway network, which is mainly composed of provincial roads, county roads and so on, plays an important role in connecting cities with villages and towns. However, with the development of economy, the quantity of vehicles per capita and the demand of transportation industry increase, most of the early construction of highway service level has not reached the existing traffic requirements, so it is imperative to carry out expansion and transformation. Traffic organization is an important part of the reconstruction and extension project. Its design level and implementation effect play an important role in the quality and progress of the reconstruction and extension project. Because most of the roads in urban intensive areas are open traffic, the condition of pedestrians and vehicles is complex, there are high hidden dangers of safety and the traffic organization is difficult, so it is urgent to carry out the research on traffic organization scheme of highway reconstruction and expansion in urban dense areas. Based on the analysis of the highway reconstruction project from Bengbu to Guzhen in Anhui Province, this paper studies the traffic organization of the reconstruction and expansion of the construction area in the dense urban areas from the following aspects: 1. On the basis of the research on the reconstruction and extension projects of domestic highways, urban highways, etc., according to the characteristics of each section of the reconstruction and extension project, the method of combining the specific conditions of each section of the project with the theoretical analysis is adopted. Analyze the influencing factors of each section and choose the way of reconstruction and extension. At the same time, the traffic capacity and traffic characteristics of the construction area are analyzed in detail, which provides the basis for the proposal of traffic organization. According to the principle and method of traffic organization design for highway reconstruction and extension, the traffic parameters, such as traffic volume, traffic composition and speed, are obtained and processed by means of data survey and analysis. This paper puts forward some traffic organization schemes in the construction of subgrade and pavement in Bengbu to Guzhen highway reconstruction project and in the construction of bridge construction. 3) according to the principle of microscopic traffic simulation, based on the method of combining the theory analysis of traffic organization scheme with simulation data, the influence of different construction area length on traffic flow is studied by using the traffic simulation software Visual simm. According to the evaluation requirements of traffic organization scheme, a set of evaluation index system is set up in accordance with the characteristics of highway reconstruction and extension project in dense urban areas. Four indexes, namely, construction saturation, average speed, traffic density and average delay, are selected. The optimal length of construction operation area is obtained under the condition of speed limit in dense urban areas. The traffic organization scheme is evaluated and the rationality and feasibility of the scheme are analyzed. According to the characteristics of highway reconstruction and extension construction in dense urban areas, this paper studies the setting of safety signs, safety protection and emergency plans, and puts forward the method of setting up basic safety facilities and emergency plans in construction areas. The research results of this paper provide guidance and reference basis for the selection of reconstruction and extension mode of highway reconstruction and extension project in dense urban areas, the selection of operation area length, the determination of traffic organization scheme and the formulation of safety protection measures, etc. It is of great significance for the design and construction of this kind of projects.
