广东某桥振动异常的分析与处治

【摘要】:我国高速公路从上世纪80年代起步建设,至2013年全国高速公路总里程已达到104468km,广东省目前正在营运的90年代建设通车的”老”高速公路,桥梁或多或少需要进行加固处治以恢复正常使用功能。其中一类严重影响高速公路桥梁安全的病害为振动异常,轻则对桥梁重要构件造成疲劳损害,重则造成桥梁垮塌,危害生命财产安全。 高速公路跨河桥梁在营运过程中由于设计缺陷、基础受冲刷、钢管桩锈蚀、超重车辆荷载等因素会出现振动异常的情况,如何对振动异常进行正确的分析以及制定相应的处治方式是一个值得探讨的问题。正确的分析可以为处治方案提供依据,恰当的处治方式可以减少工程费用、减少对高速公路正常营运的影响。 本文主要针对广东某T构桥梁振动异常的问题,先通过外观以及水下桩基检测,排除了结构病害导致了振动异常的发生,在利用有限元软件建立模型并且计算该桥梁的理论振动特性,根据实际振动情况与理论振动特性比较,结果另一座振动正常的同结构桥梁进行对比,从而分析出桥梁振动异常的主要原因。并根据实际情况,在目前较为流行的几种加固处治技术通过比选,最终选择最佳的处治方式。本文在实际应用中有一定的价值,可以作为同类情况处理的参考。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of expressway construction in the 1980s, the total mileage of expressway in China has reached 104468km in 2013. The "old" expressway, which is being built and opened to traffic in the 1990s in Guangdong Province, has been built and opened to traffic in the 1990s. Bridges more or less need to be strengthened to restore normal use. One of the diseases which seriously affects the safety of expressway bridges is vibration anomaly, which causes fatigue damage to important components of bridges, collapse of bridges and endangering the safety of life and property. Due to design defects, erosion of foundation, corrosion of steel pipe piles and overload of vehicles, abnormal vibration will occur during the operation of highway bridge beams. It is worth discussing how to analyze vibration anomaly correctly and how to make corresponding treatment methods. The correct analysis can provide the basis for the treatment scheme, and the proper treatment method can reduce the project cost and reduce the impact on the normal operation of the highway. In this paper, aiming at the problem of vibration anomaly of a T bridge in Guangdong province, the vibration anomaly is eliminated by detecting the appearance and underwater pile foundation. The finite element software is used to establish the model and calculate the theoretical vibration characteristics of the bridge. According to the actual vibration and the theoretical vibration characteristics, the results of another bridge with normal vibration are compared. The main causes of bridge vibration anomalies are analyzed. According to the actual situation, the best treatment method is chosen through comparison and selection of several reinforcement and treatment techniques that are popular at present. This paper has some value in practical application and can be used as a reference for similar cases.
