沥青路面预防性养护关键指标体系研究

【摘要】:随着沥青路面道路里程的增加,我国公路事业的重点开始从建设阶段向养护管理阶段过渡,养护部门的工作量也越来越大。为了改变目前被动养护的局面,实施预防性养护是行之有效的方法。路面预防性养护对维持良好的路面使用性能具有重要意义。预防性养护时机的选取决定了预防性养护的效果,然而对于预防性养护时机的确定问题,目前国内还没有较完善的解决办法。 本文首先对常见路面病害归纳总结,并对主要病害特点进行介绍。通过病害调查分析得出路面病害的分布状况。其次是面对路面的病害情况总结了常见的预防性养护措施,针对常见的预防针养护措施介绍了预防性养护措施的决策方法。最后本论文通过效益费用比的方法对采取稀浆封层预防性养护进行分析。 论文根据预防性养护工程的特点,重点考虑了日常养护费用、预防性养护措施费用、养护费用残值的影响。在对某路段采取雾封层预防性养护措施后得到各指标的变化情况,,通过各指标在路面状况指数中所占的权值得到路面状况指数的变化,然后用二项式拟合的方式得到路面状况指数的变化曲线。最终通过对路面状况指数曲线积分得到的效果面积与费用的一个比值即效益费用比。在不同时间采取预防性养护措施后计算的比值最大的为最佳的效益费用比,也就是最佳预防性养护时机。
[Abstract]:With the increase of road mileage of asphalt pavement, the emphases of highway undertaking in our country begin to transition from the construction stage to the maintenance management stage, and the workload of the maintenance department is increasing. In order to change the situation of passive maintenance, preventive maintenance is an effective method. Pavement preventive maintenance is of great significance to maintain good pavement performance. The choice of preventive maintenance time determines the effect of preventive maintenance. However, there is no perfect solution to the problem of preventive maintenance. In this paper, the common pavement diseases are summarized, and the characteristics of the main diseases are introduced. Through the investigation and analysis of the disease, the distribution of the pavement disease is obtained. Secondly, the common preventive maintenance measures are summarized in the face of pavement diseases, and the decision-making methods of preventive maintenance measures are introduced for the common preventive maintenance measures. Finally, the paper analyzes the preventive maintenance of slurry seal layer by the method of benefit-cost ratio. According to the characteristics of preventive maintenance engineering, the paper focuses on the influence of daily maintenance cost, preventive maintenance measure cost and maintenance cost residual value. After taking preventive maintenance measures for a certain section of road, the change of each index is obtained, and the change of road condition index is obtained by the weight value of each index in the road condition index. Then the change curve of pavement condition index is obtained by binomial fitting. Finally, a ratio of effect area to cost is obtained by integrating the exponential curve of pavement condition, that is, the ratio of benefit to cost. The best ratio of benefit to cost is the best time of preventive maintenance.
