煤矸石路用性能试验研究及其路堤稳定性分析

【摘要】:煤矸石是在煤矿建设、开采、加工过程中产生的固体废弃物,是一种在成煤过程中与煤层伴生的一种灰黑色岩石,是目前国内存放量最大的固体废弃物。煤矸石在矿区的大量堆积不仅会引起大气、土壤等环境污染问题,还会严重影响和危害人们的生活与健康,煤矸石的治理和综合利用问题己成为当务之急。 本文结合课题“高速公路煤矸石路基填料工程应用研究”(项目编号:2010-353-343-290),依托安邵高速公路煤矸石路堤填筑工程,通过对娄底地区煤矸石矿物和化学组成进行分析,对不同掺土量煤矸石的物理力学性质进行研究,探究其作为高速公路路堤填料的可行性。主要研究内容和研究成果如下: 1)对不同掺土量煤矸石工程特性进行试验研究,得出煤矸石基本物理参数随掺土量之间的变化关系,并对煤矸石作路堤填料的可行性以及改善路用性能的方法进行研究分析。 2)进行不同掺土量加筋煤矸石的界面摩擦试验,随着剪切位移增加,剪应力迅速增大,当剪切位移达到一定值时,曲线变得平缓,出现峰值强度和残余强度。 3)采用双曲线和指数模型拟合煤矸石剪应力与剪切位移曲线,结果表明:两个模型均不能体现煤矸石在剪切过程中的应力软化现象。本文提出了一个能够反映煤矸石剪切过程中应力应变软化的模型,并验证该模型拟合煤矸石界面摩擦试验的适用性。 4)格宾网加筋煤矸石的界面似摩擦系数采用残余界面似摩擦系数比较合适,该系数一般通过试验获得,在没有试验数据的前提下,可采用公式F*=0.8·tanφv进行计算。 5)对煤矸石加筋边坡的设计方法进行阐述,并提出加筋边坡稳定性验算公式;分析二级和三级边坡平台宽度及坡角对破裂面形式的影响,得出不同平台宽度时,二、三级边坡的设计方法。
[Abstract]:Coal gangue is a kind of solid waste produced in the process of coal mine construction, mining and processing. It is a kind of gray and black rock associated with coal seam in the process of coal formation, and it is the largest amount of solid waste in China at present. The accumulation of coal gangue in mining area will not only cause environmental pollution such as atmosphere and soil, but also seriously affect and endanger people's life and health. The problem of coal gangue treatment and comprehensive utilization has become an urgent matter. In this paper, based on the project "Application study of coal gangue subgrade filling engineering" (project number 2010-2010-353-343-290), and relying on the coal gangue embankment filling project of An-Shao Expressway, the mineral and chemical composition of coal gangue in Loudi area is analyzed. The physical and mechanical properties of coal gangue with different soil content were studied and its feasibility as embankment filler was explored. The main research contents and results are as follows: 1) the engineering characteristics of coal gangue with different amount of coal gangue are tested and studied, and the relationship between the basic physical parameters of coal gangue and the amount of mixed soil is obtained, and the feasibility of coal gangue as embankment filler and the method to improve the road performance are studied and analyzed. 2) the interfacial friction test of coal gangue reinforced with different soil content shows that the shear stress increases rapidly with the increase of shear displacement. When the shear displacement reaches a certain value, the curve becomes smooth, and the peak strength and residual strength appear. 3) the curve of shear stress and shear displacement of coal gangue is fitted by hyperbolic and exponential model. The results show that the stress softening phenomenon of coal gangue in shear process can not be reflected by the two models. In this paper, a model which can reflect the stress and strain softening during the coal gangue shear process is proposed, and the applicability of the model to fit the friction test of coal gangue interface is verified. 4) the similar friction coefficient of the coal gangue reinforced by GB net is suitable for the residual interface similar friction coefficient, which is generally obtained by experiment. Without the test data, the formula FF0. 8 tan 蠁 v can be used to calculate the friction coefficient of the coal gangue. 5) the design method of reinforced slope of coal gangue is expounded, and the checking formula of stability of reinforced slope is put forward, and the influence of platform width and slope angle of secondary and third grade slope on the form of fracture surface is analyzed.
