盾构直接切削大直径桩基的刀具选型设计研究

【摘要】:随着各城市地铁的大量兴建,由于地铁隧道选线及埋深的限制,区间隧道盾构掘进施工时,遭遇桥梁桩基础、建筑物桩基础、地下连续墙等障碍物的几率越来越大。采用盾构机直接切削穿越障碍物具有成本低、节省工期、避免施工对附近公共交通引起较大干扰等优点,在工程施工中逐渐接纳。 本论文以苏州轨道交通2号线盾构穿越广济桥14根直径Φ1.0-1.2m的钢筋混凝土桥桩工程为依托,通过理论分析研究了盾构直接切削大直径桩基时盾构机改造中的刀具选型和设计,并开展了盾构切桩现场试验,通过现场试验对改造的刀具进行性能验证和改进优化。最终,将改造好的盾构机用于切削穿越广济桥桩基工程中,工程结束后对盾构机刀具进行了损伤分析,研究其工程应用效果。主要得出以下几点结论: (1)采用负前角、零后角的双面刃贝壳刀适用于直接切削钢筋混凝土桩基。满足全覆盖面切桩的临界净刀间距为48.7mm。 (2)钢筋是否被周边混凝土包裹固定是其能否被有效切断的关键,因此提出了配置超前贝壳刀以实现分次切筋的切削理念,以利于将钢筋切断为合理的长度。 (3)超前贝壳刀有效的保护了邻近非垫高先行贝壳刀,提高了刀具整体的切削效率和使用寿命,提升了刀具整体的切削能力。 (4)刀具配置方案成功应用于工程实践,表明盾构直接切削大直径钢筋混凝土桩基是可行的。 本论文的对刀具选型及设计的研究为苏州盾构切削穿越桥桩工程提供了理论指导和技术支撑,在工程中应用并取得了良好的效果,可为今后类似盾构穿越地下障碍物工程提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the mass construction of subway in various cities, due to the limitation of subway tunnel route selection and buried depth, the probability of encountered obstacles such as bridge pile foundation, building pile foundation, underground continuous wall and other obstacles in shield tunneling construction of interval tunnel is more and more great. Using shield machine to directly cut through obstacles has the advantages of low cost, saving time limit and avoiding great interference of construction to nearby public transportation, so it is gradually accepted in engineering construction. Based on 14 reinforced concrete piles with diameter 桅 1.0-1.2 m diameter of Guangji Bridge, this paper studies the tool selection and design of shield machine when shield machine is directly cutting large diameter pile foundation by theoretical analysis. The field test of shield cutting pile is carried out, and the performance of the modified tool is verified and optimized by the field test. Finally, the modified shield machine is used in the pile foundation engineering of cutting through Guangji Bridge. After the project is finished, the damage analysis of the shield machine tool is carried out, and the engineering application effect is studied. The main conclusions are as follows: The double-edged shell knife with negative front angle and zero rear angle is suitable for direct cutting reinforced concrete pile foundation. The critical net tool spacing is 48.7 mm. 2) whether the steel bar is fixed by the surrounding concrete is the key to whether it can be effectively cut off. Therefore, the cutting idea of the steel bar with advanced shell knife is put forward to realize the cutting of the steel bar in order to cut the steel bar to a reasonable length. 3) the advanced shell knife effectively protects the adjacent non-cushioned advanced shell knife, improves the cutting efficiency and service life of the tool as a whole, and improves the cutting ability of the tool as a whole. 4) the tool configuration scheme has been successfully applied in engineering practice, which shows that direct cutting of large diameter reinforced concrete pile foundation by shield machine is feasible. The research of tool selection and design in this paper provides theoretical guidance and technical support for Suzhou shield cutting and crossing bridge pile engineering, and has been applied in the project and achieved good results. It can be used for reference for similar shield tunneling underground obstacle engineering in the future.
