厂拌热再生技术在迁曹线大修工程的应用研究

【摘要】:目前,沥青路面的再生利用技术应用越来越广泛。厂拌热再生技术是目前应用比较广泛、技术较先进的沥青路面热再生技术。此项技术实现了废旧沥青混合料的有效再生,既解决了旧料随意堆放污染环境的问题,又节约了沥青、砂石等材料。通过高掺配的热再生技术,降低建设成本,保护生态环境,符合节能减排、环保的理念。 针对河北省省道迁曹线唐曹高速出口至曹妃甸段道路现状,本论文基于沥青混合料厂拌热再生技术,以室内试验为主要研究手段,通过两种不同再生方式对比,确定了添加高性能再生剂为老化沥青的再生方案;采用马歇尔级配设计方法,对RAP掺量为30%、35%、40%的高掺配率再生沥青混合料进行了配合比设计,确定出RAP最佳掺量为30%。在RAP最佳掺量下进行Superpave级配设计方法。利用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试评价了两种不同设计方法下的高温性能、低温性能以及水稳定性。通过分析室内试验结果,得出二种设计方法设计的再生沥青混合料性能均满足现行的公路沥青路面施工技术规范要求,实现了废旧沥青混合料有效再生。 以试验室再生沥青混合料的目标配合比设计结果为依据,结合迁曹线大修工程进行生产配合比设计,指导大修工程试验段和正式路的铺筑,提出再生沥青混合料的拌和、摊铺、碾压等施工工艺及其质量控制措施,并对再生沥青路面的路用性能进行检测和跟踪分析,结果表明再生沥青路面的使用状况良好,符合预期的目标。 总之,通过开展厂拌热再生技术在迁曹线大修工程的应用研究,积累一定的经验和资料,为厂拌热再生技术在实践工程的推广奠定良好的基础。
[Abstract]:At present, asphalt pavement recycling technology is more and more widely used. The hot recycling technology is widely used and advanced in asphalt pavement. This technology realizes the effective regeneration of the waste asphalt mixture, solves the problem of the pollution environment of the old materials, and saves the asphalt, sand and other materials. Through the technology of high mixing heat regeneration, the cost of construction is reduced, the ecological environment is protected, and the idea of energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection is met. In view of the current situation of the highway from Cao Lintang Cao to Caofeidian section of Hebei Province, this paper is based on the asphalt mixture mixing heat regeneration technology, taking indoor test as the main research means, and contrasting two different regeneration methods. The regeneration scheme of aging asphalt was determined by adding high performance regenerative agent, and the mix ratio design of high blending ratio recycled asphalt mixture with RAP content of 30% and 35% and 40% was carried out by using Marshall grading design method, and the optimum content of RAP was determined to be 30%. The Superpave gradation design method is carried out under the best RAP content. Rutting test, low temperature bending test, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test were used to evaluate the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and water stability of two different design methods. Through the analysis of indoor test results, it is concluded that the performance of the recycled asphalt mixture designed by the two design methods meets the requirements of the current technical specifications for highway asphalt pavement construction, and realizes the effective regeneration of the waste asphalt mixture. Based on the design results of the objective mix ratio of the recycled asphalt mixture in the laboratory, combined with the heavy repair project of the moving Cao line to carry out the production mix ratio design, to guide the construction of the test section and the formal road of the overhaul project, the mixing and spreading of the recycled asphalt mixture are put forward. Roller compaction and other construction techniques and quality control measures, and the road performance of recycled asphalt pavement are tested and analyzed. The results show that the use of recycled asphalt pavement is in good condition, which is in line with the expected goal. In a word, through the research on the application of plant heat regeneration technology in the overhaul project of Cao transfer line, the author accumulates certain experience and data, and lays a good foundation for the popularization of plant mix heat regeneration technology in practical engineering.
