矮塔斜拉桥长期健康监测服役状态评估方法研究

【摘要】:桥梁建成后期的服役状态日益受到关注,尤其是规模较大的斜拉桥的健康状态直接关系人民的生命财产安全,因此需要及时获得桥梁的运营状态信息,从而第一时间做出维修加固决策,通过健康监测系统对桥梁的状态实时监测,对桥梁各部位的重要参数进行分析,运用基于变权综合原理的层次分析法对桥梁的状态给出科学的评价,为管理者提供可靠的决策依据。 本文以勉县汉江大桥为工程背景,主要研究以下内容: ①对基于变权综合原理的层次分析法基本原理进行研究。结合勉县汉江大桥的结构特点,,建立递阶层次结构模型,运用专家调查方法将定性的因素定量化,确定指标的权重值,运用适度量化指标模型对底层评估指标无量纲化处理,再运用变权综合原理对指标权重进行合理分配,从而形成一套科学完整的评估系统。 ②建立勉县汉江大桥的健康监测系统。包括传感器布置方案、信息采集与远程收发模块、数据远程监测软件等,建立完善的监测系统,为斜拉桥的服役状态评估奠定了数据基础。 ③基础数据预处理。运用数据跳跃法对索力数据进行粗差剔除,用噪声平滑法对数据曲线进行平滑处理:对应力数据进行温度修正,剔除由于温度产生的应力。并确立索力、应力的安全阀值,为实时预警提供依据。经过数据预处理,为评估工作提供可靠的基础数据。 ④勉县汉江大桥状态评估。以勉县汉江大桥为背景,验证层次分析法对矮塔斜拉桥状态评估的实用性,对下部结构、主梁、索塔、索力、附属设施进行评价,得出桥梁各部位的服役状态,为管理着提供决策依据。 本文的研究成果可为勉县汉江大桥后期运营的服役状态评估系统提供一套实用可靠、有效的解决方案,为健康监测评估系统的应用和发展提供了一个实例。
[Abstract]:More and more attention is paid to the service state of the bridge in the later stage of the bridge construction, especially the health state of the large cable-stayed bridge is directly related to the safety of people's life and property, so it is necessary to obtain the information of the bridge's operation state in time. Therefore, the first time to make the maintenance and reinforcement decision, through the health monitoring system to monitor the status of the bridge in real time, to analyze the important parameters of each part of the bridge, The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on the principle of variable weight synthesis is used to give a scientific evaluation of the state of the bridge, which provides a reliable decision basis for the manager. Taking the Hanjiang Bridge in Mian County as the engineering background, this paper mainly studies the following contents: 1. The basic principle of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on the principle of variable weight synthesis is studied. Combined with the structural characteristics of Hanjiang Bridge in Mian County, the hierarchical structure model is established, the qualitative factors are quantified by expert investigation method, the weight of the index is determined, and the dimensionality of the bottom evaluation index is treated by using the moderate quantitative index model. Then we use the principle of variable weight synthesis to distribute the index weight reasonably and form a scientific and complete evaluation system. Establish the health monitoring system of Hanjiang Bridge in Mian County. It includes sensor layout, information collection and remote transceiver module, data remote monitoring software and so on. A perfect monitoring system is established, which lays a data foundation for the evaluation of cable-stayed bridge service status. 3 basic data preprocessing. The gross error of cable force data is eliminated by data jump method, the data curve is smoothed by noise smoothing method, the stress data is corrected by temperature, and the stress caused by temperature is eliminated. The safety threshold of cable force and stress is established to provide the basis for real-time warning. After data preprocessing, the evaluation work provides reliable basic data. Evaluation of the condition of Hanjiang Bridge in Mian County. Taking the Hanjiang Bridge in Mian County as the background, this paper verifies the practicability of AHP in evaluating the state of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower, evaluates the substructure, main beam, cable tower, cable force and auxiliary facilities, and obtains the service status of each part of the bridge. Provide basis for decision making for management. The research results in this paper can provide a set of practical and effective solutions for the service state evaluation system of Hanjiang Bridge in Mian County, and provide an example for the application and development of the health monitoring and evaluation system.
