箱筒型基础结构气囊出运方法研究

【摘要】:箱筒型基础结构适用于软土地基,可用于建造防波堤、码头等结构,与传统的港口工程结构相比,在施工方面,省去了基槽挖泥、基床抛石、基床夯实和基床整平等一系列施工工序,简化了基础施工,现场作业时间短,风险小,工程建设成本低,是一种值得推广的新型结构。针对箱筒型基础结构,目前已有的出运方法需要在陆地上对箱筒型基础结构分体预制,在半潜驳上整体拼装,然后出运。这种出运方法,由于占用半潜驳时间过长,费用高,效率低。 本文针对箱筒型基础结构的整体出运,提出了两种利用半潜驳靠岸,气囊出运的方法:双列气囊出运方法和单列气囊出运方法。建立了每一种出运方法的施工流程,对各方法中气囊、运输底板等进行了设计。通过分析,确定了施工流程中的危险工况,采用Abaqus有限元计算软件等方法,对施工流程中的各危险工况进行了模拟、验算,,以确保在施工过程中,箱筒型基础结构、运输底板、地基的强度达到使用要求。 为解决使用半潜驳费用过高的问题,本文提出斜坡下水出运方法。将气囊滚动运输与斜坡下水相结合,直接利用气囊将箱筒型基础结构运输到一定水深,然后趁潮浮运。本文结合单列气囊出运方法,对斜坡下水出运方法进行了设计验算,证明该方法技术上可行。 本文解决了利用传统方法出运整体预制的箱筒型基础结构时,地基应力过大、结构容易破坏的问题,提高了箱筒型基础结构的出运效率,节省了施工费用,为其它类似大型结构的出运提供了很好的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The box tube foundation structure is suitable for soft soil foundation and can be used to build breakwater, wharf and so on. Compared with the traditional port engineering structure, the foundation groove dredging and the foundation bed riprap are eliminated in construction. A series of construction processes, such as ramming and leveling of the base bed, simplify the foundation construction, have the advantages of short working time, low risk and low construction cost, so it is a new structure worth popularizing. In view of the carton type foundation structure, the existing transportation methods need to prefabricate the box and cylinder foundation structure on land, assemble it in a semi-submersible barge, and then ship it out. This method has high cost and low efficiency because it takes up long time of semi-submersible barge. In this paper, two methods of landing and airbag transportation with semi-submersible barge and airbag are put forward, which are double row airbag transportation method and single row airbag transportation method. The construction flow of each method is established, and the airbag and bottom plate of each method are designed. Through the analysis, the dangerous working conditions in the construction process are determined, and the dangerous working conditions in the construction process are simulated and checked by using the Abaqus finite element calculation software, so as to ensure the carton type foundation structure and the transport bottom plate in the construction process. The strength of the foundation meets the operational requirements. In order to solve the problem that the cost of using semi-submersible barge is too high, this paper puts forward the method of slope launching and transportation. The air bag rolling transport is combined with the slope launching, and the air bag is directly used to transport the box and cylinder foundation structure to a certain depth of water, and then float in the tide. In this paper, combined with the single row air bag transportation method, the design and calculation of the slope launching and transportation method are carried out, and it is proved that this method is technically feasible. This paper solves the problem that the foundation stress is too large and the structure is easy to be destroyed when using the traditional method to transport the whole prefabricated box-tube foundation structure, which improves the transportation efficiency of the box-cylinder foundation structure and saves the construction cost. It provides a good reference for the transportation of other similar large structures.
