超厚砂卵石层大直径深水桩基承载力分析与试验研究

【摘要】:目前,跨海、跨河桥梁工程发展迅速,涉及深水大直径桩基工程日益增多。因深水桩基施工技术难度大、施工工序复杂,,其施工质量控制以及承载力分析与试验研究就显得十分重要。 论文以襄阳市汉三桥深水桩基施工与检测为依托工程,探讨了传统基桩静载荷法静载试桩法和自平衡试验荷载法确定基桩单桩承载力的试桩法及其在实际工程中的具体应用,主要开展了如下研究工作: 分析了钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺,对大型桥梁桩基检测方法和理论进行研究,重点分析与比较了桩土体系荷载传递方程、静载荷试桩法、自平衡试桩法、动力测桩法、静动测桩法和公路桥梁试桩存在的问题。 以襄阳市汉江三桥的试桩项目为工程背景,对超厚砂卵石地层水中桩基的施工工艺、测桩方法进行研究,对超厚砂卵石地层传统静压试桩法和自平衡测桩法进行对比分析。 采用自平衡试验法对超厚砂卵石层地质水中影响基桩单桩承载能力的各项因素进行了详细的研究分析,得出了超厚砂卵石土层地质条件下使用自平衡试验法确定基桩承载力是必须重点关注的结论。 论文工作为襄阳市汉江三桥工程桩基施工的顺利实施提供了可靠的理论依据,顺利实现了超厚砂卵石层深水桥梁基础施工的质量目标与工期目标。同时论文研究工作所得结果与结论也对同类桥梁的基础施工质量控制与承载力评估具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:At present, cross-sea and cross-river bridge projects are developing rapidly, involving deep water large diameter pile foundation engineering increasing day by day. Because the construction technology of deep water pile foundation is difficult and the construction procedure is complex, it is very important to control the construction quality and to analyze and test the bearing capacity of the pile foundation. Based on the construction and detection of deep water pile foundation of Han3 Bridge in Xiangyang City, the paper discusses the traditional pile static load test method and self-balance test load method to determine the bearing capacity of single pile and its concrete application in practical engineering. The following studies were carried out: This paper analyzes the construction technology of bored pile, studies the testing method and theory of pile foundation of large bridge, analyzes and compares the load transfer equation of pile-soil system, static load test method, self-balance pile test method and dynamic pile testing method. Problems existing in static and dynamic pile testing method and Highway Bridge pile Test. Taking the piling test project of Hanjiang No. 3 Bridge in Xiangyang as the engineering background, this paper studies the construction technology and pile measuring method of the pile foundation in the water of the super-thick sand and gravel formation, and makes a comparative analysis of the traditional static pressure pile test method and the self-balance pile test method in the ultra-thick sand gravel stratum. The factors influencing the bearing capacity of single pile in the geological water of super-thick sand and pebble layer are studied and analyzed in detail by using self-equilibrium test method. It is concluded that the bearing capacity of foundation pile must be determined by self-equilibrium test under the geological condition of super-thick sandy pebble soil. The work of this paper provides a reliable theoretical basis for the construction of pile foundation of Hanjiang No.3 Bridge Project in Xiangyang City, and realizes the quality target and construction time target of the deep water bridge foundation of super-thick sand pebble layer successfully. At the same time, the results and conclusions of the paper also have reference significance for the foundation construction quality control and bearing capacity evaluation of similar bridges.
