乳化沥青冷再生混合料高温变形特征试验研究

【摘要】:将乳化沥青冷再生混合料(ECR)、热拌普通沥青混合料(HMA)及两者组合(ECR/HMA)共三种结构形式,分两层碾压成10 cm厚的车辙板并切割制作试件,采用MMLS3小型加速加载设备,在60℃试验条件下对三种结构形式的变形特征进行试验研究分析。研究发现,三种结构的车辙总变形量可采用加载次数对数曲线很好地进行拟合,最终车辙总变形量的大小顺序为ECRECR/HMAHMA,ECR的高温抗变形性能要优于HMA;和HMA不同,ECR的车辙总变形主要表现为压密变形,隆起变形量很小,隆起系数仅为0.15~0.20,说明了其高温抗剪切变形能力较强;在加载后期的车辙稳定发展阶段,ECR的蠕变速率也较HMA要大。
