泥水平衡盾构穿越软弱地层快速掘进技术

【摘要】:分析了影响泥水平衡盾构穿越软弱地层掘进速度的因素,通过调整黏土段的掘进参数和泥浆性能,改善泥浆携渣能力,加快了黏土段掘进速度,给出了改善出渣和压力波动的主要技术措施。通过不断调整盾构机刀盘转速、掘进速度、推力及扭矩等运行参数,顺利通过砂砾层。加强泥浆比重和泥水循环的调整,避免了堵仓、堵泵或者泥水循环管路堵塞情况的发生,形成了泥水平衡盾构穿越软弱地层施工的关键成套技术,实现了软岩条件下泥水平衡盾构长距离快速掘进。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the factors that affect the tunneling speed of mud water balance shield tunneling through weak strata. By adjusting the tunneling parameters and mud properties of clay section, the mud slag carrying capacity is improved, and the driving speed of clay section is accelerated. The main technical measures to improve slag production and pressure fluctuation are given. By adjusting the running parameters of shield machine, such as rotating speed, driving speed, thrust and torque of shield machine, the sand gravel layer is passed smoothly. To strengthen the adjustment of mud specific gravity and muddy water circulation, to avoid blockage of silo, pump or mud-water circulation pipeline, and to form the key complete set of technology for mud-water balance shield tunneling through weak strata. The long distance rapid tunneling of mud water balance shield under soft rock condition is realized.
