物联网对港口物流供应链的影响及应用研究

【摘要】:当今港口之间的竞争,已越来越表现为供应链之间的竞争,而不再是单个港口集团公司或企业之间的竞争。港口物流供应链对于港口相关产业的发展日益重要,其效率影响着供应链内所有企业的竞争力。物联网是新一代的信息通信技术,将物联网应用于港口物流供应链,能提升港口物流供应链效率,增强供应链成员的竞争力。 本文首先通过研究物联网与港口物流供应链的结合,具体分析了物联网对港口物流供应链的各个环节、供应链“三流”和企业利润的影响。由于物联网对供应链信息化水平的改善,,供应链内运输、仓储管理、集装箱堆场管理、装卸搬运、流通加工等五个环节的自动化程度、安全性、效率、效益均得到提高。供应链“三流”——物流、信息流、资金流的运作更加敏捷和有效。相应的,企业利润也会得到提升。其中文中详细分析了物联网对仓储管理环节的影响,并从技术层面对物联网可实现的部分功能进行了设计。 其次,在上述章节理论的基础上,本文对港口物流供应链内企业物联网应用的决策与模式做出了研究。结合港口物流供应链内企业类型的划分,基于利润角度,给出了企业物联网应用的决策模型。并进一步的,为了提高港口物流供应链的物联网应用水平,提升供应链中各参与方的收益,给出了基于物联网的港口物流供应链多阶段协作与竞争分析模型。 最后,通过实证分析对论文中提出的物联网应用研究与设计方法进行了算法验证和结果分析。并定量对比了基于物联网的港口物流供应链多阶段协作与竞争分析模型中提出的不同策略模式下,案例企业所在的港口物流供应链中各参与方的努力水平和利润水平。同时从企业和政府的角度提出了相应建议,这对企业在港口物流供应链内充分合理地应用物联网来提高港口企业竞争力,促进相关产业经济的发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition among ports is more and more the competition between supply chains, not between individual port group companies or enterprises. Port logistics supply chain is becoming more and more important for the development of port related industries, and its efficiency affects the competitiveness of all enterprises in the supply chain. The Internet of things is a new generation of information and communication technology. Applying it to the port logistics supply chain can enhance the efficiency of the port logistics supply chain and enhance the competitiveness of the members of the supply chain. Firstly, through the research of the combination of the Internet of things and the port logistics supply chain, this paper analyzes the influence of the Internet of things on each link of the port logistics supply chain, the "third flow" of the supply chain and the profit of the enterprise. Due to the improvement of the information level of the supply chain by the Internet of things, the automation degree, security, efficiency and benefit of the five links in the supply chain such as transportation, storage management, container yard management, loading and unloading, circulation and processing are all improved. Supply chain "three-stream"-logistics, information flow, capital flow operation more agile and effective. Accordingly, the enterprise profits will also be raised. The influence of Internet of things on warehouse management is analyzed in detail in Chinese, and some functions of Internet of things are designed from the technical level. Secondly, on the basis of the above chapters, this paper makes a study on the decision and mode of the application of the Internet of things in the port logistics supply chain. Combined with the classification of enterprise types in the port logistics supply chain and based on the profit angle, the decision model of the application of the Internet of things in the enterprise is given. Furthermore, in order to improve the application level of the port logistics supply chain and enhance the income of the participants in the supply chain, a multi-stage cooperation and competition analysis model of port logistics supply chain based on the Internet of things is presented. Finally, through the empirical analysis, the application research and design method of Internet of things proposed in this paper are verified and the results are analyzed. And quantitative comparison of the port logistics supply chain based on the Internet of things multi-stage collaboration and competition analysis model proposed in the different strategic models, the case of the port logistics supply chain in the port logistics supply chain participants' efforts and profit levels. At the same time, the corresponding suggestions are put forward from the angle of enterprise and government, which is of great significance for enterprises to fully and reasonably apply Internet of things in port logistics supply chain to improve the competitiveness of port enterprises and promote the economic development of related industries.
