独塔斜拉桥静力及参数敏感性分析

【摘要】:近年来,由于独塔斜拉桥在美学上的优势,斜拉桥在我国迅速发展,由于独塔斜拉桥独特的结构形式,使其在设计与施工过程中与其他桥型都较大差别,本文以安徽在建某独塔斜拉桥为工程背景,,分析研究了以下主要内容: 文中首先回顾了独塔斜拉桥发展概况,并简要分析了独塔斜拉桥的结构特点以及研究现状;较为详尽的介绍了最小弯曲能量法及应力平衡法在确定斜拉桥合理成桥索力上的应用,结合工程实际综合运用以上两种方法确定斜拉桥合理成桥索力,并对主梁、主塔、斜拉索进行成桥状态检验;分析并总结了影响斜拉桥力学行为的结构参数,分别讨论了梁段自重、结构刚度、斜拉索张拉力、温度、混凝土收缩徐变等结构参数对斜拉桥成桥状态的影响,计算及对比分析结果表明主梁自重、斜拉索张拉力以及温度对斜拉桥成桥状态的影响均较大;采用MIDAS有限元软件,对两种不同施工进度方案的施工过程进行仿真分析,计算比较了两种不同施工施工方案对斜拉桥成桥以及施工状态的影响;研究了斜拉索垂度效应对其倾角及索力的影响,并对索管倾角进行修正,得出了名义索力与施工张拉力间的关系;采用ANSYS软件建立施工状态下主梁空间模型,分析了W5、E5斜拉索张拉工况下主梁应力分布规律及梁体变形特点,研究成果可为同类型桥梁设计、施工提供技术参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the aesthetic advantages of single-tower cable-stayed bridges, cable-stayed bridges have developed rapidly in China. Due to the unique structural form of single-tower cable-stayed bridges, the cable-stayed bridges are quite different from other bridges in the design and construction process. Based on the engineering background of a single tower cable-stayed bridge under construction in Anhui Province, this paper analyzes and studies the following main contents: Firstly, the development of single tower cable-stayed bridge is reviewed, and the structural characteristics and research status of single-tower cable-stayed bridge are briefly analyzed. The application of minimum bending energy method and stress balance method in determining the rational cable force of cable-stayed bridge is introduced in detail. The structural parameters which affect the mechanical behavior of cable-stayed bridge are analyzed and summarized. The deadweight of beam section, structural stiffness, cable tension force and temperature are discussed respectively. The effect of structural parameters such as shrinkage and creep of concrete on the state of cable-stayed bridge is studied. The results of calculation and comparative analysis show that the weight of main girder, cable tension and temperature have great influence on the state of cable-stayed bridge, and MIDAS finite element software is used. This paper analyzes the construction process of two different construction schedule schemes, calculates and compares the effects of two different construction schemes on the completed bridge and the construction state of the cable-stayed bridge, and studies the influence of the cable sag effect on the inclination angle and cable force of the cable-stayed bridge. The relationship between the nominal cable force and the construction tension is obtained, the spatial model of the main beam under the construction condition is established by using ANSYS software, and the stress distribution law of the main beam and the deformation characteristics of the beam under the cable tension condition are analyzed. The research results can provide technical reference for the design and construction of the same type bridges.
