掺玄武岩纤维温拌再生沥青混合料性能研究

【摘要】:中国道路交通经过30年的快速发展,相当数量的道路进入了大修阶段,大量的废旧沥青混合料将在沥青路面翻修养护及重建过程中产生,废旧沥青混合料的再生利用成为公路行业重要和急需的课题。传统热拌沥青混合料能源消耗大,并且生产过程中会排放大量有害烟雾污染环境,不符合绿色发展的主题。在能源紧缺和环保问题日益突出的背景下,温拌再生型沥青混合料的研究和应用显得尤为重要。为了最大限度利用RAP,利用玄武岩纤维抗拉强度高、与沥青有较好粘附作用的特性,提高温拌再生混合料的路用性能。通过掺纤维温拌再生沥青混合料的级配设计和性能试验,确定最佳沥青用量、再生剂合理用量、温拌剂合理掺量及其对混合料降温幅度,最终确定了不同纤维掺量下的最佳油石比和不同RAP掺量下的合理纤维掺量;分析了不同拌合方法对混合料的影响,提出了较合理的施工拌合工艺。对不同RAP掺量及不同纤维掺量的混合料进行的性能对比试验分析表明:掺入玄武岩纤维能全面提高再生混合料路用性能,纤维的合理掺入能有效改善高RAP掺量下混合料低温性能及水稳定性能的不足。掺纤维温拌再生沥青混合料的经济效益和社会效益进行分析可知,掺入玄武岩纤维不仅能改善温拌再生沥青混合料路用性能,还可节约能耗、减少排放和延长施工时效,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of rapid development of road traffic in China, a considerable number of roads have entered the stage of major repairs. A large number of waste asphalt mixtures will be produced in the course of asphalt pavement maintenance and reconstruction. Recycling of waste asphalt mixture has become an important and urgent task in highway industry. The energy consumption of traditional hot mix asphalt mixture is large, and a large amount of harmful smoke will be emitted in the production process to pollute the environment, which is not in line with the theme of green development. In the background of energy shortage and environmental protection problems, the research and application of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is particularly important. In order to make the best use of rap and the high tensile strength of basalt fiber, it has better adhesion to asphalt and improves the road performance of warm mixed recycled mixture. Through the gradation design and performance test of recycled asphalt mixture mixed with fiber, the optimum asphalt content, the reasonable amount of regenerative agent, the reasonable amount of warm mix agent and the cooling range of the mixture are determined. Finally, the optimum ratio of oil stone under different fiber content and the reasonable fiber content under different RAP content are determined, and the influence of different mixing methods on mixture is analyzed, and the more reasonable construction mixing technology is put forward. The performance comparison of mixture with different RAP content and different fiber content shows that the mixing of basalt fiber can improve the road performance of recycled mixture. The reasonable blending of fiber can effectively improve the low temperature performance and water stability of the mixture with high RAP content. According to the analysis of economic and social benefits of warm mixing recycled asphalt mixture with fiber, it can not only improve the road performance of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture, but also save energy consumption, reduce discharge and prolong the construction time, which can not only improve the road performance of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture, but also reduce the discharge and prolong the construction time. It has good economic and social benefits.
