具有异型体结构沥青路面压实特性研究

【摘要】:沥青路面的压实是控制整体路面结构质量非常关键的一步,在道路的改扩建过程中,我们还将遇到诸如异型体等结构形式,会对道路的施工效果产生不利影响。本文主要针对在道路改扩建中遇到的由传统的双向路拱改为单向路拱施工中,路面异型体结构的施工质量难以控制问题,,研究旧路加宽工程中路面加铺工艺和施工质量控制技术,具有非常重要的现实意义和适用性。 首先,基于沥青混合料三相组成的结构特征,从不同组成部分分别考虑构建模型,得到了具有级配特征以及粗集料表征能力的沥青混合料离散元颗粒模型。 其次,依据沥青混合料的特征以及不同接触模型的特点,探讨了颗粒模型中的不同相之间接触的接触和粘结模式,建立沥青混合料宏观力学性能与各微观参数的关系,结合室内宏观力学性能试验结果,确定了常用沥青混合料的各类微观参数。 再次,进行沥青混合料室内试件成型的模拟,从集料的性质以及加载的形式等角度分析不同因素对混合料压实效果以及压实响应的影响情况,明确了沥青混合料的压实特性。 最后,构建大尺度模型对沥青路面的施工压实进行模拟,从混合料厚度、压实机械条件以及下卧层状态等角度分析不同因素对施工压实的影响,进而提出了合适的异型体结构施工工艺,并且通过模拟验证施工工艺的有效性。 本文的研究为沥青路面压实过程的认知提供了有效的方法并且对沥青路面的异型体结构的施工进行了分析,对完善沥青路面的压实工艺具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The compaction of asphalt pavement is a key step to control the quality of the whole pavement structure. In the course of road reconstruction and expansion, we will also encounter structural forms such as abnormal body, which will have a negative impact on the construction effect of the road. This paper mainly aims at the problem that the construction quality of the special-shaped pavement structure is difficult to control in the construction of the road reconstruction and extension from the traditional two-way road arch to the one-way road arch. It is of great practical significance and applicability to study the pavement overlay technology and construction quality control technology in the old road widening project. Firstly, based on the structural characteristics of the three-phase composition of asphalt mixture, the discrete element particle model of asphalt mixture with gradation characteristics and coarse aggregate representation ability is obtained by considering the different components of the model. Secondly, according to the characteristics of asphalt mixture and the characteristics of different contact models, the contact and bond modes between different phases in the particle model are discussed, and the relationship between the macroscopic mechanical properties of asphalt mixture and the microscopic parameters is established. Based on the results of indoor macro-mechanical performance test, the micro-parameters of common asphalt mixture are determined. Thirdly, the paper simulates the forming of asphalt mixture indoor specimen, analyzes the influence of different factors on the compaction effect and compaction response of asphalt mixture from the point of view of aggregate property and loading form, and clarifies the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture. Finally, a large-scale model is built to simulate the construction compaction of asphalt pavement. The influence of different factors on the construction compaction is analyzed from the aspects of mixture thickness, compaction mechanical conditions and the state of the underlying layer. Furthermore, the suitable construction technology of special-shaped body structure is put forward, and the validity of the construction technology is verified by simulation. The research in this paper provides an effective method for the cognition of the compaction process of asphalt pavement, and analyzes the construction of the abnormal structure of asphalt pavement, which is of great practical significance to improve the compaction technology of asphalt pavement.
