智能汽车衡设计研究

【摘要】:伴随着公路运输业的快速发展,近年来我国的交通运输车辆超载现象极为的普遍,甚至几乎所有大型运输车辆都有着不同程度的超载行为,国家的相关部门与地方政府先后展开了一系列的整治工作,并取得一定成效。但由于超载的涉及面太广,治理难度很大,加上利益上的驱动,使得超载现象愈发的严重。因此汽车衡的准确使用对于国家的运输业的发展非常的重要。本文综述了单片机基本原理及单片机控制系统的一般结构和实现智能汽车衡称重的实现方法,提出了基于单片机控制系统设计的原则、内容和步骤。针对称重过程,利用单片机进行数据的采集、处理和数据传输及摄像头自动识别车牌,最终实现无人值守,智能的控制。 本设计首先介绍了有关衡器的基础知识,系统的硬件应用,随后说明了汽车衡的结构组成、工作原理及硬件电路的设计、软件的仿真,最终完成了一套数字式电子汽车衡称重系统的硬件和软件设计的任务。设备的精度、可靠性、强度性、和防作弊性能有了很大的提高。 实验利用Proteus进行单片机电路设计和仿真,利用KEILC51进行编程,利用Proteus进行电路图的设计。本方案的设计,目的是设计一套智能的汽车衡测量系统,并使该系统能够成为一个能够利用计算机管理并进行通讯、自动控制集一身的智能化测量系统。它除了具有传统的车中测量功能外,还需拥有能够利用单一的通讯设备来对各种监控设备进行控制。由此能够为用户提供快速、便捷、实用的测量系统。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway transportation, the phenomenon of overloading of transportation vehicles in China is very common in recent years, even almost all large transport vehicles have different degrees of overload behavior. National departments and local governments have launched a series of rectification work, and achieved certain results. However, the overload phenomenon becomes more and more serious because of the wide range of overloading, the difficulty of governance and the drive of interest. Therefore, the accurate use of automobile scale is very important for the development of national transportation industry. This paper summarizes the basic principle of single chip microcomputer, the general structure of single chip microcomputer control system and the realization method of intelligent vehicle weighing, and puts forward the design principles, contents and steps of the control system based on single chip microcomputer. In view of weighing process, the single chip microcomputer is used to collect, process and transmit the data and recognize the license plate automatically by the camera. Finally, the unattended and intelligent control is realized. This design first introduces the basic knowledge of the weighing device, the hardware application of the system, and then explains the structure, working principle, hardware circuit design and software simulation of the automobile scale. Finally, the task of hardware and software design of a digital electronic truck weighing system is completed. The accuracy, reliability, strength, and anti-cheating performance of the equipment have been greatly improved. The experiment uses Proteus to design and simulate MCU circuit, KEILC51 to program and Proteus to design circuit diagram. The purpose of this scheme is to design an intelligent measuring system of automobile scale, and to make the system become an intelligent measurement system which can be managed by computer and controlled automatically. In addition to the traditional in-vehicle measurement function, it also needs to be able to use a single communication device to control various monitoring equipment. This can provide users with a fast, convenient, practical measurement system.
