三峡工程库尾江津至重庆河段河床演变及整治参数研究

【摘要】:上世纪70年代,为满足三线企业运输和配合重庆兰家沱港口建设,由交通部组织对长江上游江津至重庆河段航道进行了整治(即渝兰段航道整治工程)。其中在燕子碛、苦竹碛、小南海、渣角和砖灶子等5处布置了航道整治建筑物共计13处。而重庆主城区河段由于周边环境复杂,涉水设施众多,治理难度较大,未布置整治建筑物进行治理,主要采用维护性疏浚手段进行航道维护。2008年汛后三峡工程175m试验性蓄水后,该河段受枢纽调度影响,来水来沙条件发生了较大变化,已治理河段的整治效果、河床演变规律及航道条件等均会发生了相应的变化。因此,分析研究河段在三峡工程蓄水后河床演变、已建工程整治效果的变化情况,分析提出研究河段航道整治基本参数是十分必要的。 本研究以三峡工程库尾江津至重庆河段已整治的5处滩段为研究对象,研究分析三峡工程蓄水后该河段水沙条件、河床演变规律的变化情况;利用近年实测资料分析已建工程整治效果;并根据研究河段河床演变及航道条件的变化,结合目前新的水沙条件,提出该河段后续治理工程整治基本参数。得出以下结论: (1)三峡工程蓄水后,变动回水区河段水面线发生了较大变化,随着坝前水位抬升,回水末段逐渐上移,水面线逐渐趋平。研究河段上、下游控制性水文站朱沱站和寸滩站由于受枢纽运行影响,近年水沙特征值均发生了显著变化,直接造成研究河段来水来沙条件及河床演变规律发生了相应变化。 (2)三峡工程蓄水以来,变动回水区局部河段近岸的回流区、缓流区内以及分汊放宽河道的支汉内泥沙有所淤积。部分已建整治工程河段主河道也有泥沙累积性淤积趋势。研究河段来水来沙条件的变化,造成河床发生了相应调整,部分已建整治工程的整治效果较天然情况下减弱,给通航带来了一定的负面影响。 (3)本研究根据目前新的水沙条件和河床演变情况,对典型河段砖灶子滩最低通航水位、上滩水力指标、整治水位及整治线宽度等航道整治工程的基本参数进行了分析,可为今后该河段航道治理工程的实施提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the 1970s, in order to satisfy the transportation of the third line enterprises and cooperate with the construction of Lanjiatuo port in Chongqing, the Ministry of Communications organized the regulation of the waterway from Jiang Jin to Chongqing in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River (that is, the waterway regulation project of the Yulan section). Among them, 13 waterway regulation buildings were arranged in 5 places, such as swallow moraine, Kudu moraine, Xiaonanhai, slag angle and brick zaozi. However, due to the complex surrounding environment, numerous water wading facilities and difficulty in harnessing the main urban area of Chongqing, the river reach of Chongqing main urban area is mainly maintained by maintenance dredging after the 175m experimental water storage of the three Gorges Project after the flood in 2008. Influenced by the operation of the hub, the conditions of incoming water and sediment have changed greatly, and the regulation effect, the evolution law of the river bed and the condition of the channel have all changed correspondingly. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze and study the evolution of river bed after the three Gorges Project impoundment and the change of regulation effect of the built project. It is very necessary to study the basic parameters of channel regulation in the river reach. In this study, the water and sediment conditions and the variation of riverbed evolution law in the Jiang Jin reach of the three Gorges Project after impoundment were studied and analyzed with regard to the five beach sections which had been regulated from the tail of the reservoir to the Chongqing reach. The regulation effect of the constructed project is analyzed by using the measured data in recent years, and based on the study of the river bed evolution and the changes of the channel conditions, combined with the current new water and sediment conditions, the basic parameters of the regulation for the subsequent regulation project of the river reach are put forward. Draw the following conclusions: 1) after the three Gorges Project impounded, the water surface line of the reach in the variable backwater area changed greatly. With the elevation of the water level in front of the dam, the end section of the backwater gradually moved up, and the water surface line gradually leveled off. Due to the influence of the hub operation, the characteristic values of water and sediment have changed significantly in recent years, which directly results in the corresponding changes in the conditions of water and sediment coming from the study reach and the evolution law of riverbed, due to the influence of the hub operation on the controlling hydrologic stations in the lower reaches of the river. 2) since the three Gorges Project impounded, the sediment in the inshore, slow-flow area and branch-relaxation channel of the local reach in the variable backwater area has been silted. There is also a tendency of sediment accumulation in the main channel of some constructed regulation projects. The study of the change of the conditions of the incoming water and sediment in the reach of the river resulted in the corresponding adjustment of the riverbed, and the regulation effect of some of the constructed regulation projects was weaker than that of the natural situation, which brought some negative effects to navigation. (3) based on the new conditions of water and sediment and the evolution of river bed, the basic parameters of waterway regulation works such as the lowest navigable water level, the hydraulic index of upper beach, the regulation water level and the width of regulation line are analyzed. It can provide reference for the implementation of waterway regulation project in the future.
