面向广西北部湾的港口物流人才培养模式创新研究

【摘要】：港口物流人才的缺乏已成为北部湾经济区快速发展过程中一个核心问题。港口物流人才的需求特点决定了其培养模式与其它专业的培养模式有着很大的差异。随着国家对北部湾经济区的高度重视,港口的规模将在近数年内会得到迅速的扩大,北海,防城港、钦州等港口的吞吐量将会得到成倍的增长。为了满足港口快速发展的需要,应先行加快港口各类建设人才的培养。首先,提出了本文的研究背景和研究意义,对港口物流的现状进行了分析,并预测了广西北部湾港口物流的发展前景；其次,对广西北部湾港口物流人才需求进行了分析,接着对面向广西北部湾的港口物流人才培养现状进行了调研,提出存在忽视非学历教育、教育管理不规范、实践能力弱等问题；最后提出了面向广西北部湾的港口物流人才培养模式,包括创新本科物流人才培养模式,创新研究生物流人才培养模式,建立学历和非学历教育的人才培养体系,建立政府-学校-企业-社会相结合的培养机制,规范港口物流培训市场和建立广西-东盟跨国联合培养物流人才机制。
[Abstract]:The shortage of port logistics personnel has become a core problem in the rapid development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. The demand characteristics of port logistics talents determine that the training mode of port logistics personnel is very different from that of other specialties. With the national attention to the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the size of the port will be rapidly expanded in recent years, and the throughput of the North Sea, Fangcheng Port, Qinzhou and other ports will be increased exponentially. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of ports, we should first speed up the training of various types of port construction talents. Firstly, this paper puts forward the research background and significance of this paper, and analyzes the present situation of port logistics. The development prospect of Guangxi Beibu Gulf port logistics is forecasted. Secondly, the demand of Guangxi Beibu Gulf port logistics talents is analyzed, and the present situation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf port logistics talent training is investigated. Some problems such as neglecting non-academic education, non-standard educational management, weak practical ability and so on are put forward. Finally, the training mode of port logistics talents facing the Beibu Gulf of Guangxi is put forward, including the innovation of undergraduate logistics talents training mode. Innovating the training mode of graduate logistics talents, establishing the talent training system of academic and non-academic education, and establishing the training mechanism of the combination of government, school, enterprise and society, Standardize port logistics training market and establish Guangxi-ASEAN joint logistics personnel training mechanism.
