天津滨海地区地下管道防腐蚀技术的研究

【摘要】：本文概述了国内外地下管道腐蚀现状，列举世界许多发达国家工程腐蚀实例，说明了工程腐蚀破坏的普遍性及其造成的经济损失的严重性，进而说明了防腐蚀的重要性。通过简要回顾工程腐蚀和腐蚀控制的发展历程，，介绍了此领域的一些重要的研究进展和历史人物。在针对金属管道的腐蚀形式进行分类，分析管道腐蚀的原因及特点的基础上，阐述了管道防腐的意义，并介绍了几种常见管道的防腐蚀措施。本文特别针对天津滨海地区地下管道的腐蚀特点、影响因素进行分析和研究，并以本人亲身经历的工程为例，在天津滨海地区施工过程中，因当地的特殊的土壤环境对金属管道所带来的与其他地区不同的破坏形式进行分析，作出大量的调查和数据的整理，找到问题症结，从而制定出相应的措施和方案，解决对应的管道工程的腐蚀问题。总结此工程问题的经验，并给出在天津滨海地区做地下金属管道防腐蚀施工上的一些技术建议。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the corrosion status of underground pipelines at home and abroad, enumerates many examples of engineering corrosion in developed countries in the world, and explains the universality of engineering corrosion damage and the severity of economic losses caused by it. Through a brief review of the development of engineering corrosion and corrosion control, some important research progress and historical figures in this field are introduced. Based on the classification of corrosion forms of metal pipelines and the analysis of the causes and characteristics of pipeline corrosion, the significance of pipeline corrosion protection is expounded. The corrosion prevention measures of several common pipelines are introduced. In this paper, the corrosion characteristics of underground pipelines in the coastal area of Tianjin are analyzed and studied, and the engineering experience is taken as an example. During the construction of Tianjin Binhai area, due to the local special soil environment, the different damage forms brought by metal pipelines to other areas were analyzed, and a large number of investigations and data were made to find out the crux of the problem. The corresponding measures and schemes are worked out to solve the corrosion problem of pipeline engineering. This paper summarizes the experience of this project and gives some technical suggestions for anticorrosion construction of underground metal pipelines in Tianjin coastal area.
