新型吊挂系统在钢吊箱施工中的成功应用

【摘要】:在常州夹江管线桥的施工中,为加快施工进度,减少大型船机的占用时间,开发出了钢吊箱旋转挂架装置。该装置为旋转铰接结构,在钢吊箱吊装前预先焊接在墩台桩的钢护筒上,吊箱安装过程中待吊箱底部完全套入桩头后将旋转挂架向外翻开,将吊杆挂在挂架上来承受钢吊箱及封底混凝土的重量。该装置已经在常州夹江管线桥的施工中成功应用,效果良好,有推广利用价值。
[Abstract]:In the construction of Changzhou Jiaojiang pipeline bridge, in order to speed up the construction progress and reduce the occupation time of large ship machine, the rotary hanging frame device of steel crane was developed. The device is a rotary hinged structure, which is pre-welded to the steel guard cylinder of the pier and abutment pile before hoisting the steel suspension box. During the installation of the box, the rotating hanging frame is opened out after the bottom of the suspended box is completely mounted into the pile head. Hang the hanger on the hanger to support the weight of the steel box and the bottom concrete. The device has been successfully applied in the construction of Changzhou Jiajiang pipeline bridge.
