城市自行车道路服务水平研究

【摘要】:在城市交通系统中,自行车交通占有重要地位,是我国城市居民出行主要交通方式之一。近年,随着“低碳生活、绿色出行”理念的兴起,自行车交通的发展越来越受到重视。城市自行车道路服务水平研究不仅是自行车交通理论的基础研究,也是进行自行车道路设计、保证自行车骑行者骑行安全、提升自行车交通系统服务质量的重要依据。研究城市自行车道路服务水平不仅要了解道路基础设施供给情况,也需明确自行车骑行者在骑行过程中的基本交通需求。本文在梳理国内外研究基础上,通过不同道路服务水平评价,验证典型服务水平模型在国内的适用性;依据自行车交通基本特性及实际交通需求,分析自行车骑行主要影响因素;随后,以自行车兼容性指数模型为基础,通过增加违章停车影响因素,建立自行车连接段服务水平模型,并对其敏感性进行分析,确定其主要影响因素;同时分析基于路段长度加权的自行车道路服务水平模型,指出其无法正确表示自行车交叉口、连接段服务水平对道路整体影响的不足,建立基于旅行时间加权的自行车道路服务水平模型;以此为基础,研究基于道路等级的自行车路网服务水平评价方法;最后以实际案例验证模型实用性。文章主要研究内容包括: (1)典型服务水平模型适用性研究:通过对典型路段服务水平评价,分析自行车兼容性指数模型、自行车服务水平模型及国内规范推荐服务水平等三种评价方法之间的异同点,总结其优势与不足,指出各个模型适用性; (2)自行车交通特性及骑行影响因素研究:明确自行车交通优缺点,指出不同城市规模自行车功能定位;分析自行车时空分布、群体属性等出行特征;总结自行车交通流基本特性即骑行这心理特性;依据实际骑行者交通需求,分析自行车道路服务质量影响因素; (3)自行车道路服务水平模型研究:结合自行车实际交通需求,对典型连接段服务水平模型进行优化改进,并对其进行敏感性分析,明确模型主要影响因素;依据现有道路服务水平模型在不同情况下对交叉口、连接段服务水平的敏感程度,指出其应用局限性;建立基于旅行时间的自行车道路服务水平模型;并以此为基础对区域自行车路网服务水平评价进行研究。 (4)案例分析:结合实际案例,对城市自行车道路服务水平模型应用过程进行阐述;对措施实施前后自行车道路服务水平进行对比,验证模型实用性。
[Abstract]:Bicycle traffic plays an important role in urban transportation system and is one of the main transportation modes for urban residents in China. In recent years, with the rise of the concept of "low carbon life, green travel", the development of bicycle traffic has been paid more and more attention. The research on the service level of urban bicycle road is not only the basic research of bicycle traffic theory, but also the important basis of bicycle road design, ensuring the cyclists' riding safety and improving the service quality of bicycle transportation system. To study the service level of urban bicycle roads, we should not only understand the supply of road infrastructure, but also clarify the basic traffic needs of cyclists in the process of cycling. On the basis of combing the research at home and abroad, this paper verifies the applicability of the typical service level model in China through the evaluation of different road service levels, according to the basic characteristics of bicycle traffic and the actual traffic demand. Then, based on the bicycle compatibility index model, the service level model of bicycle connection segment is established by adding the influence factors of illegal parking, and the sensitivity of the model is analyzed. At the same time, the paper analyzes the model of bicycle road service level based on the weight of road length, and points out that the model can not correctly represent the bicycle intersection, and the service level of the connection section has insufficient influence on the overall road. A model of bicycle road service level based on travel time weighting is established. Based on this model, the evaluation method of bicycle road network service level based on road grade is studied. Finally, the practicability of the model is verified by an actual case study. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the applicability of typical service level model: by evaluating the service level of typical section of road, the compatibility index model of bicycle is analyzed. The similarities and differences between the model of bicycle service level and the domestic standard recommended service level are summarized, and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized. The paper points out the applicability of each model, studies on the characteristics of bicycle traffic and the influencing factors of bicycle riding, clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of bicycle traffic, points out the functional positioning of bicycle in different cities, analyzes the travel characteristics of bicycle in time and space distribution, group attribute, etc. This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of bicycle traffic flow, that is, the psychological characteristic of cycling; analyzes the influencing factors of bicycle road service quality according to the actual traffic demand of cyclists; and studies the model of bicycle road service level: combined with the actual bicycle traffic demand, The service level model of typical connection section is optimized and improved, and sensitivity analysis is carried out to make clear the main influencing factors of the model. According to the sensitivity of existing road service level model to intersection and service level of connecting section under different circumstances, Points out its application limitation, establishes the bicycle road service level model based on the travel time, and carries on the research to the regional bicycle network service level evaluation based on the model. The application process of the urban bicycle road service level model is expounded, and the comparison of the bicycle road service level before and after the implementation of the measures is carried out to verify the practicability of the model.
