基于全电脑多臂凿岩台车和湿喷机组的公路隧道施工工艺研究

【摘要】:新奥法钻爆施工与盾构法(TBM)是当前公路隧道主要的施工方法,钻爆法施工技术在我国应用较广。随着科技的不断进步,使得隧道的施工方式不断走向机械化和智能化。 本文以典型公路隧道钻爆施工为基础,以广东省连江口公路隧道采用新奥法全断面光面爆破法施工为研究对象,依托“山岭公路隧道洞身开挖支护机械化施工作业与管理模式关键技术研究”课题,依据《公路隧道施工技术规范》(JTG F60—2009),对全电脑多臂凿岩台车在隧道洞身智能化开挖和湿喷机组在洞身初期支护中的应用进行研究。 本文基于全电脑多臂凿岩台车隧道洞身开挖施工技术,分析和总结了智能化设计、台车钻孔的准备(包括人、材、机准备、台车定位、超前地质预报方面)、施工工艺和工序。对影响施工的因素,如施工精度、围岩情况、设计参数以及现场施工组织等进行研究。旨在提出提高隧道机械化开挖施工的作业效率和施工质量的措施。 基于湿喷机组的洞身初期支护作业,从施工准备(人、材、机)、施工工艺以及工序流程进行了分析总结。对影响喷射施工作业的工艺参数,如一次喷射厚度、喷射角度、喷射距离、喷射速度和喷射间隔时间等对施工质量的影响进行了分析。提出最佳喷射参数,旨在降低回弹、减少初支成本和提高施工质量。 对连江口隧道基于全电脑多臂凿岩台车钻爆施工和CIFA-CSS3湿喷机初期支护的施工方法与人工钻爆方法在Ⅲ级围岩段的施工跟踪,通过理论分析和现场实际数据的统计分析,结果认为,电脑台车开挖成本较高,但由于提高了钻爆精度降低了初期支护成本,使得综合成本相差不大;在施工进度方面,两种方式在开挖支护作业效率上,电脑台车开挖表现出了很大的优势。最后应用层次分析法相对关联度综合评判模型,,从施工质量、进度、成本和环境等方面进行了评价。结果表明基于全电脑多臂凿岩台车的隧道洞身开挖施工有效缩短循环作业时间、加快作业效率、提高钻爆精度减少了超欠挖,对施工的进度和施工成本有很大的影响。 本文认为,基于全电脑多臂凿岩台车与湿喷机组相结合的开挖支护作业方式,在大断面、长隧道、全断面开挖施工中,有着很大的优势,有着光明的发展前景,值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:New Austrian drilling and blasting construction and shield tunneling (TBM) are the main construction methods of highway tunnel at present. The drilling and blasting construction technology is widely used in our country. With the development of science and technology, tunnel construction is becoming mechanized and intelligent. Based on the drilling and blasting construction of typical highway tunnel, this paper takes the construction of Lianjiangkou highway tunnel in Guangdong Province as the research object. Relying on the topic of "key Technology Research on Mechanized Construction Operation and Management Mode of Tunnel excavation and support in Mountain Highway", According to the Technical Specification for Highway Tunnel Construction, this paper studies the application of full computer Dobby drilling bench in the intelligent excavation of tunnel body and the application of wet jet machine in the initial support of tunnel body. Based on the construction technology of excavating the tunnel body of the full computer Dobby drilling vehicle, this paper analyzes and summarizes the intelligent design, the preparation of the drill hole of the bench car (including human, material, machine preparation, positioning of the bench car, advance geological prediction, construction technology and working procedure). The factors affecting construction, such as construction precision, surrounding rock condition, design parameters and site construction organization, are studied. The purpose of this paper is to put forward some measures to improve the working efficiency and construction quality of mechanized tunnel excavation. Based on the initial support operation of wet jet unit, this paper analyzes and summarizes the construction preparation (person, material, machine, construction technology and working procedure). The influence of technological parameters such as the thickness of primary injection, the angle of injection, the distance of injection, the speed of injection and the interval of injection on the construction quality are analyzed. The best injection parameters are proposed to reduce springback, reduce initial cost and improve construction quality. The drilling and blasting construction method of Lianjiangkou Tunnel based on full computer Dobby drilling platform and the initial support of CIFA-CSS3 wet jet machine are followed up in the third grade surrounding rock section by theoretical analysis and statistical analysis of field actual data. The results show that the cost of excavation is high, but because the precision of drilling and blasting is improved and the cost of initial support is reduced, the comprehensive cost is not different. In the aspect of construction schedule, the two methods are used in the efficiency of excavation and support. The computer car excavation shows a great advantage. Finally, the AHP model is applied to evaluate the construction quality, schedule, cost and environment. The results show that the excavation of the tunnel body based on the full computer Dobby drilling bench can effectively shorten the cycle operation time, speed up the operation efficiency, improve the drilling and blasting accuracy and reduce the over-underdigging, which has a great influence on the construction schedule and construction cost. In this paper, based on the combination of full computer Dobby drilling rig and wet jet unit, the excavation and support operation mode has great advantages in the excavation of large section, long tunnel and full section, and has a bright development prospect, which is worth popularizing and applying.
