在役刚架拱桥使用性能计算分析与检测评定

【摘要】:钢筋混凝土刚架拱桥在我国最先由交通运输部公路科学研究院提出,1978年在江苏无锡建成我国第一座刚架拱桥。刚架拱桥综合了双曲拱、桁架拱、肋拱和斜腿刚构等桥型的特点,属于有推力的高次超静定结构,主要由刚架拱片、横系梁、桥面板和下部结构等构成。刚架拱桥以其自重轻、受力性能好、造价便宜、造型美观等优点在我国得以广泛推广。特别是1983年《钢筋混凝土刚架拱桥定型设计图》的推出,使得该桥型的修建更为流行。刚架拱桥在服役过程中,产生了一些病害,影响了桥梁的正常使用。一些刚架拱桥甚至建成运营十几年,就成了危桥。刚架拱桥病害的产生是多方面的,,有桥梁设计规范的更新、桥梁计算理论的创新而导致桥梁使用环境的变化而导致的桥梁结构性能降低,从而产生病害;有桥梁施工时的质量因素、后期运营过程中的养护管理不善引起的病害;也有环境作用、时间累积导致桥梁结构出现疲劳损伤而导致的病害。我们需要正确看待刚架拱桥病害的存在,理性分析病害产生的原因,了解在役刚架拱桥的使用性能,尽力延续其使用寿命,并根据分析结果优化新建刚架拱桥结构。 本文介绍了刚架拱桥的构造特点和常见病害;以典型刚架拱桥为对象,从理论角度分析了桥梁设计规范变更对在役刚架拱桥使用性能的影响,验算分析结果表明:设计规范变更导致典型刚架拱桥的极限状态承载能力、裂缝宽度、桥面板应力状态均出现不满足要求的情况;对于大量的在役刚架拱桥,本文详述了刚架拱桥使用性能的检测方法和过程;基于现场检测结果,分别运用桥梁结构技术状况评定法、基于设计规范的评定方法和荷载试验法对其使用性能进行评定,并综合各种评定方法的结果对桥梁的使用性能做出综合评定。 本文的研究内容为刚架拱桥常见病害的出现提供了理论依据,有助于对刚架拱桥进行针对性的检查和专项检测,以确认病害的严重程度和发展趋势,为在役刚架拱桥的养护管理、加固改造或是否需拆除重建提供参考,同时可为新建刚架拱桥的结构优化改造提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The reinforced concrete rigid-frame arch bridge was first put forward by the Research Institute of Highway Science of the Ministry of Transport in China, and the first rigid-frame arch bridge was built in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province in 1978. Rigid-frame arch bridge combines the characteristics of hyperbolic arch, truss arch, rib arch and oblique leg rigid frame, and belongs to the high-order statically indeterminate structure with thrust, which is mainly composed of rigid frame arch, transverse beam, deck slab and substructure. Rigid-frame arch bridge is widely popularized in our country with its advantages of light weight, good mechanical performance, low cost and beautiful shape. In particular, the introduction of the reinforced concrete rigid arch bridge design drawing in 1983 makes the construction of the bridge more popular. During the service of rigid arch bridge, some diseases occurred, which affected the normal use of bridge. Some rigid arch bridges have even been built and operated for more than ten years, and have become dangerous bridges. The damage of rigid arch bridge is caused by many aspects, such as the renewal of bridge design code, the innovation of bridge calculation theory, which results in the deterioration of the performance of bridge structure due to the change of bridge operating environment. There are the quality factors in the construction of bridges, the diseases caused by poor maintenance and management in the later period of operation, and the damage caused by fatigue damage caused by the accumulation of time. We need to correctly treat the existence of diseases of rigid arch bridges, rationally analyze the causes of these diseases, understand the performance of existing rigid arch bridges, try our best to extend their service life, and optimize the structure of newly built rigid arch bridges according to the analysis results. This paper introduces the structural characteristics and common diseases of the rigid frame arch bridge, taking the typical rigid frame arch bridge as an example, analyzes the influence of the change of the design code of the bridge on the service performance of the rigid frame arch bridge from a theoretical point of view. The results of checking calculation and analysis show that the limit state bearing capacity, crack width and deck stress state of a typical rigid-frame arch bridge are not satisfied due to the change of design code, and for a large number of in-service rigid arch bridges, a large number of in-service rigid-frame arch bridges are not satisfied. In this paper, the testing method and process of the performance of rigid frame arch bridge are described in detail, and based on the field test results, the evaluation method of bridge structure technical condition, the evaluation method based on design code and the load test method are used to evaluate the performance of the bridge. The performance of the bridge is evaluated synthetically by synthesizing the results of all kinds of evaluation methods. The research content of this paper provides the theoretical basis for the occurrence of common diseases of rigid arch bridge, and is helpful for the inspection and special detection of rigid arch bridge, in order to confirm the severity and development trend of the disease. It provides a reference for the maintenance management, reinforcement and reconstruction of the existing rigid arch bridge, as well as for the structural optimization and reconstruction of the new rigid frame arch bridge.
