集装箱码头AGV调度研究

【摘要】:随着集装箱码头吞吐量的迅速增加,自动化装卸和搬运设备的广泛应用,集装箱码头的调度作业变得日益复杂,进而影响到集装箱码头的整体作业效率。作为码头水平运输系统中自动搬运设备的自动导引小车(AGV),面临着空载时间长、重载率低等问题,目前已成为集装箱码头调度研究的热点,如何通过合理地调度AGV来提高整个集装箱码头的作业效率,,一直是急需解决的问题。 本文以集装箱码头的AGV调度为研究对象,在充分分析了研究背景的前提下,回顾了相关研究状况,分析了目前集装箱码头水平运输调度系统存在的问题,并提出采用数学建模和仿真模拟的方法去研究AGV的调度。 首先,介绍了集装箱码头的布置形式及装卸机械,并分析了装卸工艺对AGV调度的影响。接着介绍了集装箱码头水平运输系统的组成及特点,并探讨了AGV调度系统的调度原理、调度原则以及影响因素;然后,分析了集装箱码头的“作业线”和“作业面”调度模式以及各自的优缺点,在此基础上,以无效作业时间最小为原则建立了数学模型;最后,基于Netlogo平台构建仿真模拟。一是分别对“作业线”和“作业面”两种调度模式进行模拟仿真,验证“作业面”调度模式的优越性,以及在“作业面”调度模式下,通过实例仿真,验证所建立的数学模型的合理性。二是在验证实验模型的基础上进行了仿真实验的应用,通过设置不同的参数,对比分析不同模拟环境下AGV的等待率,得出最佳的参数配比,为实际的调度作业生产提供决策支持。 本文基于Netlogo进行仿真模拟为AGV的调度研究提供了可行的研究方法,并验证了“作业面”调度模式的优越性,通过仿真实验的应用,能够在一定程度上对集装箱码头的实际调度作业起参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of container terminal throughput and the wide application of automatic handling and handling equipment, the dispatching operation of container terminal becomes more and more complex, which affects the overall operation efficiency of container terminal. As the automatic handling equipment in the horizontal transportation system of the wharf, the AGV is faced with the problems of long no-load time and low heavy load rate, so it has become a hot spot in the research of container terminal dispatching. How to improve the efficiency of container terminal operation by dispatching AGV reasonably has always been an urgent problem. In this paper, the AGV scheduling of container terminals is taken as the research object. Based on the full analysis of the research background, this paper reviews the relevant research situation and analyzes the problems existing in the container terminal horizontal transportation dispatching system. The method of mathematical modeling and simulation is proposed to study the scheduling of AGV. Firstly, the layout of container terminal and loading and unloading machine are introduced, and the influence of loading and unloading technology on AGV dispatching is analyzed. Then it introduces the composition and characteristics of container terminal horizontal transportation system, and discusses the dispatching principle, dispatching principle and influencing factors of AGV dispatching system. This paper analyzes the scheduling modes of "operation line" and "job surface" of container terminal and their respective advantages and disadvantages. On this basis, the mathematical model is established based on the principle of minimum invalid job time. Finally, the simulation is built based on Netlogo platform. The first is to simulate the two scheduling modes of "job line" and "job surface" respectively, to verify the superiority of the "job surface" scheduling mode, and to simulate the scheduling mode by an example under the "job surface" scheduling mode. The rationality of the established mathematical model is verified. Secondly, the application of simulation experiment is carried out on the basis of verifying the experimental model. By setting different parameters and comparing and analyzing the waiting rate of AGV in different simulation environment, the optimum parameter ratio is obtained. Provide decision support for actual scheduling production. The simulation based on Netlogo provides a feasible method for the research of AGV scheduling, and verifies the superiority of "job surface" scheduling mode. To a certain extent, it can play a reference role in the actual dispatch of container terminal.
