沾北公路旧水泥混凝土路面改造设计与施工技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的发展、公路交通量的日益增大,已建成的水泥混凝土路面经过一段时间运营以后,逐渐出现结构性和功能性的破坏,严重降低了道路的路用性能,缩短了道路的使用寿命。交通运输的不断发展,对道路服务水平提出了更高的要求,对已经建成进行服役的水泥混凝土路面改造和修复,已成为道路科研工作者所面临的一个重要现实问题。本文以黑龙江省沾北公路起点于沾五公路与龙镇至北安公路(X216)交叉处,终点前嫩公路K343+200段水泥混凝土路面大修改造实际工程为研究对象,在调查旧水泥混凝土路面使用状况的基础上,对原有旧水泥混凝土路面加铺改造设计与施工方案展开重点研究,具体包括以下几个方面: 1.通过对沾北公路起点于沾五公路与龙镇至北安公路(X216)交叉处,终点前嫩公路K343+200段进行该公路的路面结构、路面破损状况以及路面弯沉的调查,全面评价了旧水泥混凝土的路面状况,并分析水泥混凝土路面不同病害产生的原因,,为旧水泥混凝土路面处治方法及加铺层方案设计提供依据。 2.依据对旧水泥混凝土路面实际状况调查结果,及对旧水泥混凝土路面处理技术及加铺方法进行比较分析,确定对旧水泥混凝土路面采用打裂压稳技术进行路面处理,并采用分离式沥青加铺层进行改造;确定了合理的沥青加铺层结构设计及材料设计方案。 3.通过沾北公路起点于沾五公路与龙镇至北安公路(X216)交叉处,终点前嫩公路K343+200段水泥混凝土路面改造实际施工,研究了旧水泥混凝土路面打裂压稳技术及沥青加铺层的施工工艺,对沥青混合料的关键环节的质量控制标准过程进行研究,最终形成了混凝土加铺沥青层的技术,为今后旧水泥路面加铺沥青面层的设计、决策提供经验与借鉴[1]。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and the increasing traffic volume of highway, the cement concrete pavement that has been built has gradually appeared structural and functional damage after a period of operation, which has seriously reduced the road performance. The service life of the road is shortened. With the continuous development of traffic and transportation, higher requirements have been put forward to the road service level, and it has become an important practical problem for road researchers to rebuild and repair the cement concrete pavement that has already been built and served. In this paper, the starting point of Zhanbei Highway in Heilongjiang Province is at the intersection of Zhanwu Highway and Longzhen to Bei'an Highway X216), and the actual project of overhaul and renovation of cement concrete pavement in K343,200 section of Highway K343,200 before the end of the highway is taken as the research object. Based on the investigation of the usage of the old cement concrete pavement, the design and construction plan of the old cement concrete pavement overlay is studied, including the following aspects: 1. Through the investigation of the pavement structure, the condition of pavement damage and the pavement deflection at the crossing of Zhanbei Highway and Longzhen to Bei'an Highway, and K343,200 section of Qianen Highway before the end of the highway, This paper comprehensively evaluates the pavement condition of old cement concrete, and analyzes the causes of different diseases of cement concrete pavement, which provides the basis for the treatment method of old cement concrete pavement and the design of overlay scheme. 2. According to the investigation results of the actual situation of the old cement concrete pavement and the comparison and analysis of the treatment technology and the overlay method of the old cement concrete pavement, it is determined that the old cement concrete pavement is treated by crack and pressure stabilization technology. The structure design and material design scheme of asphalt overlay are determined. The actual construction of cement concrete pavement reconstruction of K343,200 section of Pre-Nen Highway is carried out through the crossing of Zhanbei Highway and Longzhen to Bei'an Highway X216). This paper studies the crack stabilization technology of old cement concrete pavement and the construction technology of asphalt overlay, studies the quality control standard process of the key link of asphalt mixture, and finally forms the technology of concrete overlay asphalt layer. This paper provides experience and reference for the design and decision making of asphalt pavement overlay with old cement pavement in the future [1].
